Keep pestering them, send photographs. They eventually responded to me, they offered me vouchers of equal value, like why would I order from them again? They offered me a partial refund, which I refused. SEVEN weeks after agreeing to refund, they finally put the money into my account. But they didn't refund the cost of postage, which is significant as the company is in China. Good luck.
