How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at LELO?

It did not take a long time. A few hours. I guess that is much better than when you contact some famous companies.

It does not take long. I e-mailed them. I got the response from Croatia, so I recommend contacting them during European working hours.

About 20 minutes. Rather good. The girl was polite, good English.

10 minutes in my case. Maybe I was lucky, I do not know. Rather fast.

Easier than I thought. I guess no customer service is perfect. Their is really good.
