How long does it take after ordering to receive a shipping confirmation?

2-3 days. I bought on their web site. They contacted me after the weekend.

Often pre-orders in my case. Once it is available, they are rather fast.

It was a pre-order in my case, it was a few months ago so I really do not remember. Not much though.
