Impossible they are the worst online customer service I have ever experienced. Youd get more sense out of a shoe phone plugged into a mango

You can't they only have an online email support team. All answers are scripted and often incorrect

Super difficult. No phone line. After you emailed them you have to wait for Kogan coming back to you. Normally after two days.

Absolutely impossible, and when you do get through i dont think its to a human being but a computer.

Haha, don't bother. They are difficult to get to, a response can take datas, and when they do respond, the quality is completely woeful.
