I had trip insurance and they would not honor it. I was able to explain to Frontier Airline what happened and they could only give me credit for a future flight. Probably because I fly with them so much. Unfortunately the dates I needed were not available on their airline. Or I would have just booked through them directly. Even Delta would have saved me about the same amount.
Your credit is useless. Plus they charge you to cancel your flight. I suggest if you can't make your flight just lose that. Don't pay for them to cancel your flight and give you a credit. If you try to use the "credit" you will get charged AN ADDITIONAL FEE, the fare you see is for original booking. I lost 1000$ on this horrible travel site. USE ANY THING ELSE. Not worth the small savings. Have tried everything to get some kind of reimbursement, there is NO CUSTOMERS SERVICE.
