Yep, been there. Usually it is an hour plus before getting a person.

Yes, I agree with the above statement. Worst customer service, they can't communicate properly in English. Even they can't understand, what they are saying.

If i purchase a ticket using my credit and can not make the flight what happens to my credit

Answer:

I had trip insurance and they would not honor it. I was able to explain to Frontier Airline what happened and they could only give me credit for a future flight. Probably because I fly with them so much. Unfortunately the dates I needed were not available on their airline. Or I would have just booked through them directly. Even Delta would have saved me about the same amount.

Your credit is useless. Plus they charge you to cancel your flight. I suggest if you can't make your flight just lose that. Don't pay for them to cancel your flight and give you a credit. If you try to use the "credit" you will get charged AN ADDITIONAL FEE, the fare you see is for original booking. I lost 1000$ on this horrible travel site. USE ANY THING ELSE. Not worth the small savings. Have tried everything to get some kind of reimbursement, there is NO CUSTOMERS SERVICE.

No costumer service, you talking to machine You have to call airlines and resolve your problems

So if your staff is the one that makes an error in the booking, who pays for the correction

The flight was cancelled due to the non pass mechanical inspection, The Fiji Airways & JustFly pointed fingers to each other. They have not reimburse us for the replacement flight.
