I did call to the airlines and they said there's no penalty for what justfly is talking about! I really hope that this company will soon be broken by the lack of consideration for the customers!
I had to cancel my trip payed $150.00 to cancel and now I wanted to use the travel credit I have but when I go to the website to use it I can not complete my booking, I did call Justfly and they said I have to pay more for the ticket, but I can see on the website a cheaper ticket and they said I can not buy this ticket. They are liars! I will never use this website again!

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing our services. When exchanging a ticket, whether a standard exchange or to use your credit, there are fare rules that need to be followed. Although you are looking at the same flight, fares tend to be lower when searching for a new flight since it is the lowest class available. When exchanging a ticket, we must stick with the same class of service or higher. Unfortunately, due to this, the cost risks being higher. Also, please keep in mind that within the fare you are seeing the credit, there is airline penalty that applies as well which is another reason there is a difference in price.
