In addition to poor quality size WAS also a problem for me. I ordered queen or king and got something that might fit the top of a single/twin bed. I was hoping for a nice gift for my brother-in-law and just gave it to him and explained and told him to use it for his dog!

I bought mine through Paypal. The biller had a different name but that sometimes happens when companies share accounting. I was worried because of this, but got my quilt in one day over 3 weeks. It was exactly as described. I can only speak about my purchase (see my review here).

So they can win when you try to file a claim with PayPal. PayPal only sees that they sent something and therefore assume you received the item.

They are NOT in Japan. They are manufactured in China - and if you need to return it, you get to send it to: T1 4F 11, Rakez Amenity Centre, Al Hamra Industrial Zone Fz Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, 31291 AE
