They are NOT in Japan. They are manufactured in China - and if you need to return it, you get to send it to: T1 4F 11, Rakez Amenity Centre, Al Hamra Industrial Zone Fz Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, 31291 AE

The quilts are manufactured in China and shipped from China. The online store is just a drop-shipping outfit, with no accountability for whether or not you get your items.
