They spin a good story, lots of follow up emails about how this is taking extra time for your handmade, custom quilt. I hope they paid the marketing company well, because they did a great job with the lying.
What you get is: A pre-printed (not pieced), poly-blend top, no batting or filler, a polyester backing. There is programmed fill stitching for the 'quilting'. The fabric is rough, but the badly applied binding is coarse enough to remove skin.
I contacted them for a refund. HAH. Finally heard back after I contacted PayPal for a refund. The 'company' responded 3x asking for the exact same information.
Now let's get into the really fun stuff.
JapCozy shows and states this as their address:
3-chōme-26-26 Higa$#*!anabe, Higashisumiyoshi Ward, Osaka, 546-0032, Japan
The shipment itself come from Nanshan Shenzhen, China. I have the full DHL tracking information.
So right now, we know for a fact, JapCozy isn't making anything.
Fast forward to PayPal getting involved. The tell to return the product for a refund. Ready? I need to return it to:
T1 4F 11, Rakez Amenity Centre, Al Hamra Industrial Zone Fz Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, ******* AE
Yes, now we have a THIRD location involved. Shipping it back there would run at least $30, and excuse my highly skeptical mind, but the odds of them acknowledging receipt and issuing a refund are none, none, and none.
This company needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!
