I do not know the answer but it may be that iherb does not take Visa debit card. I would say that you could email or chat with them to try to find out how to make your purchase, but I think there is almost zero chance that you will get a prompt quality answer to your question. You will only have wasted your time. Forget about ordering from iherb. Also they have a horrible retirun policy and if you make high dollar purchases, you deserve some protection to return items that are not satisfactory.
Hi Jeff, I have ordered from Iherb several times, always no problem. July 19th I ordered again from iherb. According to their email my pakage should be delivered by July 22,2015, But I have not. So I sent a email to iherb help desk for some update info and the iHerb Customer Service Chris Legaspi replied my email in time and tell due to customs clearance. Today I received my ordered stuffs in very good conditon. The following are the log files from the Canada Post. Catherine D. I'm sorry but I have no idea. Iherb is very unreliable on posting things outside US. I would suggest you to search somewhere else for your items if you are not a U.S. Customer. I had problems with not receiving my items, they didn't refund me after chasing them for over 6 months now and came to me with rediculoys excuses blaming UK customs and excise. I did bad reports to different sites to help customers to avoid then

International shipping usually has to be calculated on a case by case basis, and they wouldn't be responsible for any additional fees charged by Chile (Customs, etc.)

Don't you will never get your money back. Just keep what you get. I have been waiting since July 5/19 for a refund on an item i returned and they just keep saying they don't have it in their warehouse.
