Don't you will never get your money back. Just keep what you get. I have been waiting since July 5/19 for a refund on an item i returned and they just keep saying they don't have it in their warehouse.

If the order is shipped, I afraid you can't. If your order is not delivered, you may try to contact customer service or claim refund (payment via paypal).
