Hi Jeff, I have ordered from Iherb several times, always no problem. July 19th I ordered again from iherb. According to their email my pakage should be delivered by July 22,2015, But I have not. So I sent a email to iherb help desk for some update info and the iHerb Customer Service Chris Legaspi replied my email in time and tell due to customs clearance. Today I received my ordered stuffs in very good conditon. The following are the log files from the Canada Post. Hope this helps.

13:11 TORONTO, ON Attempted delivery. Notice card left indicating where item can be picked up.

08:52 TORONTO, ON Item out for delivery

10:27 MONTREAL, QC Item was released by Customs and is now with Canada Post for processing

10:18 VILLE ST-LAURENT, QC Item has arrived in Canada and was sent for further processing.

2015/07/22 15:54 International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada
