i cannot get a hold of anyone and no response on the e-mail. use to be able to call them. what happened???

On 28th November, they replied to my inquiry almost immediatelly whereas now, when I asked them about extra charges on my credit card this Sunday, there is still no reply. All charges - three in the amount of one dollar and the one for items ordered - have not been authorized yet by my bank so maybe the best thing to do is to try to cancel them?

I have never been able to get hold of them on the phone. I have always had to use the chat on the website. It takes a moment to connect but when you do, you at least get to chat to someone who usually follows up by email. They do respond to complaints on this site, though, and after my last complaint on sitejabber, Mr. Faria sent me a personal message and ensured that my refund was issued. So hopefully you will hear from him soon. Good luck.

I wish I knew how to get hold of them. I am pretty shocked that they seem to have just shut down all customer support.

Sorry, I'm having the same issue. No customer service available, period. I'm wondering if they are going out of business. Not a good sign! I made a mistake of ordering online today and am now regretting it!

Hello, I have an expired Ideel voucher purchased from Groupon, How can I redeem its original paid value as stated by Groupon ? I ordered 2 pair of boots back in November, 2015. I have received one pair, but not the ankle,boots. I tried to log on to check my order, but apparently Ideel has removed all evidence of past orders and I still don't have my ankle boots. I read that Groupon purchased Ideel in 2014, but when I contact Groupon's customer service they know nothing about this or my Ideel order. My Ideel account can no longer be accessed to show past, pending orders or store credits. When I look up Ideel online I am transferred to Groupon's site. How is it possible that no one at Groupon knows about this? Has anyone received their orders placed in December 2015? Have you been been able to contact Ideel customer service? I've been a loyal customer since Ideeli opened their online doors and to be treated this way is a huge disappointment. Are you closing the site I received a noitification on my phone today that has a promo of an extra 50% off today only but it doesnt deduct it off my total. Why is that happening? I'm still awaiting for a call from someone regarding orders that I want to cancel and also about an order that I shipped back in October that I hadn't received credit for How about an extra charge of one dollar I don't know why? I have three such charges pending beside the charge for the purchase ... but I only submitted one order and once I put sth in the cart but also removed the item from it before submitting. However, I did write down the credit card number on the occasion. Reading the negative reviews this is really trivial to be worried about but still, I wonder - there is no reply from the customer service. I hope the items will arrive (I am ordering from Europe).
