Can the operations of this company be reported to and investigated by any sort of authoritative consumer service especially as it pertains to customer dissatisfaction and redress? They caught my eye and I was just about to place a considerable order with them. I even sent their link to several of my friends. I just thought I'd check the reviews and now I'm wary.
