I also got an email of 20% off, i tried to purchase but on submission of payment, there's no 20% so I cancelled it. Whenever i received that email again, i just trash it because it's not true!
Good luck. I posted a reviews months ago giving them good stats. That changed last week when I also had a bad experience that I could not get resolved. Personally, I will never use them again and would like people to be aware of a few things I found out: 1. You only have 2 hours to cancel an order. 2. They will not price match so if you find a cheaper price for the same item 2 hrs and 5 minutes later you are out of luck. 3. If for some reason an order doesn't go through on your credit card, Groupon will continue to send to your billing card every day. I have no clue at what point they actually stop trying. 4. I was told I would not receive a refund if I refused delivery.
