I ordered 2 pillows on groupon last week. I waited 7 days as stated on the website but still nothing. After a few more days i decided to track my delivery and to my surprise it said "signed for by neighbour"
I was in all day and no one knocked the door or called on the intercom so why? I have no note through the door to say the items were delivered to a different address.
I asked all the other people in the flat building, no one has it. So its probably be given to one of the houses in the street. There are 136 other houses. Do i check them all?

I spoke to the courier company and they told me as i have bought from an on-line retailer i have to call groupon and sort it with them. So i speak to groupon customer support who told me they use a courier service and i have to speak to them about missing items.

How likely am i to get a refund?
I would even be happy if they sent the items again (but to the right address)

Good luck. I posted a reviews months ago giving them good stats. That changed last week when I also had a bad experience that I could not get resolved. Personally, I will never use them again and would like people to be aware of a few things I found out: 1. You only have 2 hours to cancel an order. 2. They will not price match so if you find a cheaper price for the same item 2 hrs and 5 minutes later you are out of luck. 3. If for some reason an order doesn't go through on your credit card, Groupon will continue to send to your billing card every day. I have no clue at what point they actually stop trying. 4. I was told I would not receive a refund if I refused delivery.
