DIdn't like my first box at all. Didn't get a chance to cancel second box. Want a refund of my 13.99

Hi Grant! I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your first box. Having checked, I can see that you didn't cancel your recurring order, which is why you were billed for and sent a second box. However, as a courtesy my colleague refunded you in full for this box. You should be seeing this refund reflected on your bank statement shortly, but please don't hesitate to reach out should you have any further questions. Thanks!
