Received an error when i put in my credit card information. however, received an email that the purchase was completed. 2 days later, received and email that the transaction is pending awaiting payment. attempted to reorder the merchandise, received the same error. what is the problem?

Im having a hard time contacting gearbest and will be giving a bad review if no contact immedietly

Never had a problem, but if you buy direct from china you have to wait they are several hours ahead of the states. Can't bash a company cause someone orders a $2 item that breaks and expect them to respond immediately when they deal world wide and are on the opposite side of the planet. Any website over there you still get what you pay for. Higher price better product. Customer service is sometimes a bit slow but any company is 1-2 days response time.

I oredered a watch. it sent me an email for verification. i sent the images of credit card. but now they are saying cancel the order. why is it so?

Answer:

I used PayPal all the time and British Direct as a freight company and that was so quick way. I cause of any problem I always pay by PayPal and never had any issues with money refund etc...
