You must also pay the extra money for tracking, just like bangood.com they charge a fee for the shipment tracking, otherwise your courier should be highlighted in orange or yellow depending on how you see it.
Dont give up hope, was the item in stock or on a back order? I have received all i have ordered from them, give them a couple more days then message them.
Their tracking has never worked. Either refund it or have faith.
Correct your money is gone, try to file a claim or call your credit card company
I ordered from them bunch of times, from the date you paid your order it takes about 2 weeks to show up on Netherland post
You shall never get your order- it's 1 year later and I am still waiting. What they shall do is bait and switch they shall send you a phony/fake Chinese only item-one that you did not order. Or you won't get anything- you shall send hundreds of tickets and they shall write you back-giving you excuses-kiss that money good bye-you can contact the UPS and give them your tracking #-maybe they know it's whereabouts.
My money is on-you just lost your money- that is why I have compalianed to everyone-unless you payed by PayPal -or contact your Credit Card company- file a dispute before 45 days expire and you have no leg to stand on.

For tracking of parcels if number is known a track use the TrackChecker-http :// www.trackchecker.net/program
If you go to your orders page it will give you a tacking id.
You can then copy this and click on the courier name above it which will take you to their site.
Paste your tracking reference into the box and submit.
Alternatively you can also visit https://www.17track.net/m/en/ and select the courier then enter tracking reference.
There is no tracking with most free delivery options though.
Even the reference is just for proof of delivery.
The best way is, log into ur account, click on the order u have places, use send a message Option at the top, further use post order queries. That's better..
You sold have a tracking number that will trace it but as someone else said do a live chat that sometimes works.

Hi. I you didn't pay track the number that they provide is just as info. Usually they use NL post and only of the number ends in nl is trackable.

Did you pay for postage registration?. Hopefully you did. If so, GB should have sent you a teacking number for you to keep track of your package.
If you did NOT pay for postage registration, you are going to play the waiting game for a while without knowing where your package is.

I found the tracking of an order frustrating. I checked regularly but noticed it only tracked part of the way. I paid nothing (free shipping) and it was to take about 30 days sent through Netherland Post. But it arrived in excellent condition in 25 days. I thought it would never get here, then one day there it was. Just be patient is all I can say. I would shop with them again, no worries. Obviously if it takes longer than say 40 days, start complaining, cheers.
Hi there it depends on which postal service you asked for when you made your purchase. If you chose free postage/shipping you can't track it. I think to get a tracking number you have to pay a little extra can't remember if you need to do this before checkout or at checkout. I used the free shipping option so probably like you i had no tracking number. I live in UK and it took 12 days to arrive. It also depends on what you ordered ie if it was a pre order item it could be a while till the item is in stock. Give me more info on what you purchased and which country you are in and i will try to help you. You could also log in at gearbest goto my account and look for tickets click it and you can ask Gearbest about your order they usually take about 24 hours to answer, but in my honest opinion just be patient and your order will arrive.
