Why won't etsy support respond to emails?

Answer:

Even if you use the case system the support team will choose the side of the vendor in any claim trust me I was a customer for 10 years and spent over 10k using this site... but no more It just takes one bad transaction and I head for the hills

Answer:

Absolutely! If you have any questions the sellers are happy to answer them. Each seller/shop is unique, so be sure to check the reviews before you buy of course. Personally all my buying experiences have been fantastic and I found shops I continue to frequent years later due to the one of a kind creations from talented artisans :)

Seller refused to cancel my order even tho it hasn't been shipped due to "no cancellation policy". can i just refuse shipment?

From my experience once the item is shipped and confirmed arrival by shipper it's yours... Etsy really sucks when supporting their buyers I'm an ex buyer once a loyal customer for 10 years
