Why won't Etsy Support respond to emails?

Even if you use the case system the support team will choose the side of the vendor in any claim trust me I was a customer for 10 years and spent over 10k using this site... but no more
It just takes one bad transaction and I head for the hills

If you are a shopper and you have an issue with your order, you need to use the case system.
