Just in the past week, I was having trouble do on-line booking with due to their technical web failure. There was no alternative way so I followed 's suggestion, finished the cruise booking over the phone first, then send an email with explanation and attached invoice . But afterward denied to count it as a valid purchase cause it wasn't paid on-line. What's your common on this? What should I do to earn my cash back? I did get an active shopping trip number just before I called to book the cruise.....Please help me retrieve the 15% cash back!!!
