RIDICULOUSLY DIFFICULT! They SHOULD have contacted me but didn't... I tried on numerous occasions & finally succeeded... wish I hadn't bothered as they told me the item I had paid for was out of stock & I would have to re-order - some FOUR WEEKS later.
Terrible. They don't answer on Social Media, the email has been disabled and you can't get through on the phone until you've waited 40/50 minutes at least
