Yeah, I've spent more than 10 hours AT LEAST, dealing with two orders effected by their system issue on 06/29/16. I do not like to leave bad reviews so I am trying to speak to a supervisor and see if they want to do ANYTHING, or just lost 2 customers that achieved Aces within their first 3 months. Since the beginning of the month, I have verified all products are available through other sites for similar pricing, sometimes better. So, yeah... if you can get someone that can actually help, I'd say about the only thing to closing my accounts as soon as I receive my credit for the over charges...
