Wondering how many customers have gone on to buy a full size product after receiving a sample in their Birchbox?

I've bought a few. I've liked several more enough to buy a full size item but haven't gotten around to it yet because I have enough of a similar product on hand for now.

I bought one full size item. They carried a sunscreen/ moisturizer that I had never heard of and sephora did not carry. Of course when I tried to order the product I wanted before I was leaving for vacation, they were sold out. So I ended up ordering something I didn't really want from same brand and gave it away later. I found the item I wanted at Amazon cheaper and shipping was free. Unlike Birchbox. I tried to order a CC cream as well, but as it was a new item that was featured that month it was also sold out. If it's a good product or new, chances are you will have to wait until it gets restocked. Honestly, if they can't keep their monthly featured boxes, the one that you get every month, in stock, how are they going to keep their regular stuff in stock? November's box had an option, you could select between 2 boxes, 1 day after the email was sent out, I logged in and there was no option. I got the leftover box. But they do warn you that supplies are limited.

I have-- facewash, eyeshadow, eye liner, tea, other items as well-- there are actually more things than I realized now that I'm listing them! But I've also been a member for a number of years, so I'd say it only happens a few times a year (for me).

Once, but I bought the item at a B&M store because they had much better prices and no shipping. Otherwise, my boxes were an endless stream of shampoo, dry shampoo, weird colors of blush, (hello neon orange), sun block and perfume.

I have never bought full-size so far, but I have gotten a couple of travel sizes with my points on the site. I like a lot of their products, but balk at the high prices since I already know how to find the products I like for much better deals. Birchbox is just for fun and to point me in new directions.
