I have cancelled my Birchbox but for 3 months continue to get the boxes and I am charged for them. What good does it do to cancel?

The issue I've had with them is that their customer service contact information was difficult to locate, so I get it. I had to contact them over Twitter to get it. The email form on the website doesn't do you much good. Try sending an email to info@birchbox.com for a better response. If all else fails, and you can't seem to get them to stop charging you, contact your credit card company, and let them handle it for you.

Have you emailed their customer service? I have found that they are pretty responsiveresponsive if you email them. If they're still not canceling, I would dispute the charges on your card. Also, go into your account and delete your creditcredit card informationinformation.

My bank can stop payments to anyone if I have the correct dollar amount of the debit. I had a problem with a company I bought a sample from!

Hi all you have to do is cancel the card that Birchbox takes the payment from and I Guarantee they wont send any more.Good luck! Sandra

I have my friends referral code but where do I enter it at? I cannot get ahold of anyone in the company, I have a yearly subscription and forgot my online passwork and have since changed my e-mail . the phone contact # refers me to go online with my order update but can't get logged on I entered a code for the free photo matte eyeshadow palette and it's not on my confirmation list. Today is 01-06-2017 and no signs of answers from them when it will be delivered. I received a year subscription as a gift from my sister. I was super excited and looked forward to trying all kinds of products before committing to pay lots of money to wind up having to rerun stuff. I'm sure every girl goes through this... well, come to be that most products Birchbox samples can ONLY be bought through them and apparently "be made for birchbox". I'm disappointed with the product samples whats this all about? Why does the delivery date keep changing? why have i not received my birchbox?please email or callme--jeanie lofton --4053654277--please take care of this for me. thanks Yeah, I've spent more than 10 hours AT LEAST, dealing with two orders effected by their system issue on 06/29/16. I do not like to leave bad reviews so I am trying to speak to a supervisor and see if they want to do ANYTHING, or just lost 2 customers that achieved Aces within their first 3 months. Since the beginning of the month, I have verified all products are available through other sites for similar pricing, sometimes better. So, yeah...if you can get someone that can actually help, I'd say about the only thing to closing my accounts as soon as I receive my credit for the over charges....
