I just had a charge for 91.00 from Birchbox and don't even know what it is for? I certainly wouldn't have ordered anything that expensive, and have not rec'd anything in the mail. It must be an error. Please check it out and refund asap. shill220@yahoo.com

I was super excited and looked forward to trying all kinds of products before committing to pay lots of money to wind up having to rerun stuff. I'm sure every girl goes through this... well, come to be that most products Birchbox samples can ONLY be bought through them and apparently "be made for birchbox". I'm disappointed with the product samples whats this all about?
