Thank you for your inquiry. There are several ways how our customers can cancel their subscription.

For iOS users:
- if you purchased the app via App Store, you can find more detailed information on iTunes subscription cancellation here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039.
- if you purchased the app on our website, you can open the BetterMe app, then select More-->Help-->Manage subscription.

For Android users:
- if you purchased the app via Google Play Store, here you can find more detailed Google Play instructions on how to unsubscribe: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481
- if
you purchased the app on our website, you can also open the BetterMe app, then select Profile-->Help-->Manage subscription

Additionally, our customers can also manage their subscription on our website: https://app.betterme.world/ --> Account --> Subscriptions.
Just log in with the email address and password you previously used for your BetterMe app.

Our team has already canceled the automatic renewal. You can find more detailed information in our last email.

I did all of the above, was eventually told ( after I demanded over and over,) I would receive a full refund within 10 business days. That has passed. No refund yet.
