Jeff, my review got their attention, Katherine L. From "Banggood Team" apologized and askd for my order # so she uld investigate. I will update my review if anything changes. I doudt that a US wharehouse exsists expect to onload goods from that very slowboat from China.

To me, this is how they game the normal mail order system. They know it will cost you far too much to bother sending anything back to China, so they can sen out any defective junk they want and still make money.

Scam. They give you the run around until it'snot worth your time to complain.

Not easy. They ignore you until you escalate at Pay-Pal.

Same thing is happening to me. Ordered about a month ago with the faster shipping, made it to the USA and past customs but tracking hasn't changed after clearing it- it's been 10 and customer service is as helpful as a kick in the ****. I'd assume I'm out 150$ hopefully my bank can help- sorry man I wouldn't order from them first and last for me lol

From my experience I believe they are. They especially like to copy paste apologies and things like "We have escalated the issue. Expect contact in the following 8 hours" and then never contact you.

Banggood only offer partial refund if you send product back then it never arrives and you don't get refund and it takes very very long for customer service to help you they just do automated responses

Banggoods always has problems with all their stuff every seconds artsen is broken and then they have big stories to sort you out all good reviews are online are fake

They probably won't ship, they are a very dishonest company
