They will take your money and never ship your order, they generate a fake tracking number in the destination country and send that to you while never actually shipping out your product. Then they will keep lying to you about it in hopes that you will give up before they end up having to refund your money. I contacted them multiple times, through live online chat and emails and was told different things about why my order hasn't been received yet. First time they said it had been shipped, it was in my country and I should receive tracking within 24 hrs, this was 2 weeks after I initially placed order. Next day a tracking number was created in Chino, CA and then in the same day it was received in Fremont, CA and status was "pending acceptance" at post office. Status remained same for another week, I contacted banggood again and was told "it was shipped yesterday" because one part was out of stock and they had to cancel that part of order and then shipped the rest of order. I was never told about this until I contacted them. This is now 3 weeks after I placed my order. So I waited the amount of time it was supposed to take my order to get shipped to me, which was an additional 2 weeks. Now we are at 5 weeks from my initial order date. USPS tracking info never changed, package still pending acceptance according to USPS tracking website. I contact banggood again. This time I am told by the "Help Department" that they don't know what happened to my package and that my issue will be escalated to the "Concern Department" (these are the names banggood used to describe these departments). Waited another day to get an email saying my package was delayed by the delivery company and returned to banggood by customs for being an oversized package and now they are out of stock and cannot resend due to being out of stock, but asked if I would like a refund. I am now waiting for a response to my request for my refund. Not sure how long that will take, but at least I paid with PayPal so I can start a claim with them if I have an issue getting my refund.
So if you want a company that will take your money, never ship your products, never contact you when they cancel parts of your order, never issue a refund for the parts of your order that was cancelled until you contact them about it, will lie to you throughout the entire process of trying to figure out what the hell is going on with your order, will lie in there email advertising about prices, will lie about shipping times, will lie about parts being in stock or out of stock and will overall just end up being more of a headache then it's worth, then by all means order from banggood. If want a better company, then literally order from any other company on the planet!
