They are very quick to respond to queries before they get your money, after that they will simply not respond to your e-mails. They are only interested in getting your money that is the main reason that they respond quickly to enquiries(sellers have got 2 faces), and in many cases they can even use your credit card for their shopping sprees without your consent, SO PLEASE DO NOT ENTER YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION OR YOUR ADDRESS INFORMATION AS THIS INFORMATION COULD BE USED FRAUDUDENTLEY

I'm not sure what you mean. Every Tim I called customer service as they call it, I got no service. Just the run around and more and more lies. They are Chinese tip off artists. Just look at their over all reviews, I wish I had. They stole plenty from me. STAY AWAY. YOuve been warned!

No intention to buy shoes there! Nothing that comes in contact with skin! Here news papers reported skin alergy. Had very bad experience buying from aliexpress and lost over 600 dollars and never got answers to my emails and letter sent to the VP customer service.In addition i am left with 2 indoor cameras out of specs! It is theft organization not a retail service organization to customers and their good dollars. Recommand you stay away. Ben

I believe it won't be much longer. I got mine in 2 weeks from ordering custom made to Australia. Really happy
