Have ordered and paid over $200 for a phone which i did not receive and after over 10 messages to the seller still no answer. They supplied a tracking number which was false and DHL said has never existed. I think this is a total rip off site. No way to talk to anyone at ALIEXPRESS. Site should be closed down they seem to be thieves. How do you communicate

I think it is time to go to the "next step". All of you living in USA and scammed by AliExpress must report to the FBI. The FBI also have office in China - let them sort out AliExpress with the Authorities in China.

Open dispute straight away. One golden rule for Aliexpress don't buy electronics. Clothing and accessories are great but stay clear from any tech stuff over $20. Probably wont even work in your region

Never never never buy from these people. Quality is bad, what you ordered is not what you receive

Open a dispute. Then. Photo and paste your question on here. They don't like bad publicity.

I have never had a problem with Ali Express when ordering items. I ordered watches that were much better than I ever expected. I won't order clothes, as their sizes do not match the U.S. sizes. Be patient. It took a month and sometimes longer to receive my merchandise, and was always able to track my orders.

Normal for it to take about a month but anything after and no response, contact better business bureau. And open a dispute.

Just go in and open dispute do not mark as received. It can take up to 60 days for an item to arrive so you need to kind of do it within that time frame. Aliexpress will review the case and most likely if you don't receive it you will receive a full refund.

I was fortunate that my seller responded. I really don't think there is anything you can do. You may want to file a complaint with your states Attorney General's office to see if the can investigate any further. I would also strongly suggest getting into the habit of reading online reviews before you order. It has saved me many times!

Some Ali sellers are real cheaters like Fang What, a shoe seller. We don't get what we order even after making sure before placing the order, by separate mail specifically asking about what we are concerned about. We believe their answer. When we get the product, we would know we were cheated. Because we can't send it back by paying from our pocket, which they are aware of. With clear evidence of her reply to my question and also her bad words usage as I put it on dispute, Ali didn't solve it fairly. I learned my lesson. Buy from America.

I was never able to contact AliExpress. I did hear from the sellers I wrote to but then they didn't answer further and I have not received any refunds. Since then, I have only bought cheaper items and have had no problems so far.

I don't. My friend, you have been taken! All you can do is learn from it, and pass the word anywhere you can. There is no recourse unless you file a claim before the delivery period is up. I don't know what will happen in that case. If your purchase period is up, it's over! Good luck, spread the word.

These people will simply not help you out, I just gave them a try by asking some questions and they promised that an e-mail was going to be sent to me with a response, well more than 2 months have gone by and they've not even responded!, ALSO IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO EVEN INPUT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON ALIEXPRESS.COM, BECAUSE THERE IS SOMEBODY ON THE OTHER SIDE NOTING EVERYTHING DOWN AND WITH THE LEAST EXPECTED YOU WILL GET CONED STRAIGHT AWAY, THERE IS NO SUCH SECURITY ON ALIEXPRESS.COM (SCAM: 100%) (SECURITY: 0%)

AliExpress and it's seller, as well as Alipay are a bunch of money suckers and completely not to be trusted. In case you finally get refund Alipay will charge you USD 15.- banking fees, but also you will lose the banking fees to transfer the purchase sum to the seller.
AliExpress don't mind if the sellers will cheat you, the buyer will be always a loser, because in case of refund Alipay will always retain some of your money. It's a bunch of legalized Chinese robbers!

Yes this is like an organized robery cartel. If you paid with a credit card you should claim to be reimbursed
By the card issuer as normally you have an insurance
Cover attached with it AND STOP BUYING FROM ALI EXPRESS AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS. Ben

Always open a dispute 2-3 days before end of buyer protection time. I have dozens of orders, most of received items are good for the price, sometimes poor quality but enough for the price. In my country you can buy in stores a lot of Chinese goods (I think almost everything is Made in China) but for 3-4 times the price of the same item. It's true with a guaranty but more expensive, so I try. Sometimes I'm lucky and sometimes less. In the past I bought a smartphone and it was only GSM and not as described and received 50% money back. I gave it to my wife as MP3 player and for 30$ was enough. Another I sent back and received 100% refund. After ordering a Doo Gee phone on dealextreme (they sent it to Brazil only a few thousand kilometers from my home). I ordered the same from tinydeal and never received it and no refund, I ordered the same in Aliexpress and received a good one. Usually I order cheap things but I have some orders near to 200$ (as satellite receivers) and buying the same (really the same) in my country is three times the price I paid. One had a small problem with the hard disk and I decided to not send it back so I received a small refund. Maybe you need to bee a lucky person and to find a good seller but the main thing is to use your brain, to look at the seller rating, the others feedback and so on.

Don't wait. Open dispute now. Two of my orders orders (mobile phones) never came and I took refund. If seller ask to wait few days more do not agree and follow the procedure to claim and ask for refund. Take notice not to ask for refund after the guarantee period for the product to came (and evaluate) expires (usually 45 to 60 days) because after that period the seller is not obligated to refund. Ask for refund now because DHL does not recognize the tracking number. After that period you will never take your money back. Seller does not respond because he wants to gain time or the guarantee period already expired... Take the advice not to buy again from aliexpress...

Some merchants don't get back to you at all. Maybe a language barrier although you would think they have a translation app.
Most merchants mark the item as shipped straight away. I think they have dramas with aliexpress if they don't ship within a certain timeframe.
I have had a few emails saying items are out of stock do I want to change for something else. Even on items that are marked as shipped with a tracking number. Clearly they have not been shipped!
Maybe you should lodge a dispute?
Shipping can be super slow.
Alipay as opposed to aliexpress will usually get back to you.
Frustrating when the merchants ignore you.
Good luck with it but maybe you can get a refund by cancelling the order. One of the reasons can be unable to contact merchant.

Yet, no harm is done. If you don't receive your phone, you'll get your money back. But, be patient, China is a far away country.
