Go to a store which sells Samsung phones and get a certificate in English that the phone is fake. At this certificate must be written information about the phone, the store which gives the certificate, a phone number and indernet adress or e-mail (of the store). This is difficult because most stores deny to provide it due to you did not buy the phone from them. Then open a dispute providing this document to Aliexpress. As you understand you need something to verify that the phone is fake and this is, in your case, a friendly store. To my experience all phones I bought from Aliexpress were fake but the people who asked me to buy for them knew this option before place the order...

Everybody did an order on Aliexpress and when he received the product, it was not like description, he has to do a denounce in the nearest police office, we have to be all against this bad site which sells products for bad Chinese sellers with no warranty.

For me I did already 2 denounces against Aliexpress and Great bee tech, one In Italy with date 26/08/2015 number 65731/2015
And one in France with date 21/08/2015 and every where I go I’ll do new ones.

Im not even sure if this is a serious question but... it will list as "authentic" and I've yet to find a fake Samsung phones on Aliexpress... You can find iPhone look-a-like but it won't say iPhone on titles.

If you buy a Samsung Galaxy you will get a Samsung Galaxy not a copy one and no price won't be $#*! cheap.

Please read the answers that have been candid from people who have been conned. As they coorectly pointed out DO NOT BUT FROM this Company, specially costly goods, even though they look attractive at a price. If you must buy, buy cheap stuff, and you do not lose much money. Pay by PAY PAL but confirm with them that money is released only when you tell them. I am also a conned customer, so please pay heed. Thank you

You could try reporting it to AliExpress but don't expect much. I have never had any issues resolved by contacting customer service. All they do is make excuses for the sellers and remind you that AliExpress doesn't actually sell anything. Good luck with that.

Chinese vendors on aliexpress/alibaba are thieves (1): They will sell you a conned phone, examples: not working/with errors in it/inferior software/cheap camera(possibly only 1 mega pixel), fake battery. And apart from that they can send you a fake tracking number or even not dispatch to you the phone with constant run around and false promises NOT FORGETTING THAT A SELLER SHOULD NOT CALL YOU "MY FRIEND", lastly IF THEY BEG YOU TO CHANGE YOUR RATING TO 5 PLEASE DO NOT DO IT because even if you change your rating to 5 THEY WILL NOT GIVE TO YOU THE MONEY BACK.

You can suppose everything. Why Aliexpress? Why not Amazon, Ebay, Newfrog... Aliexpress represent a lot of sellers. Some of those sellers are bogus, but most of them are bonafide.

If you are still in the buyer protection period then you can lodge a dispute. Tell them why you think it is a fake. Send photos if you can to support your case. Photos of the phone they sent and of a real phone.
I go on the site specifically to buy fake designer products.

Just realize you've been swindled by Chinese thieves! The sooner you put it behind you the better! Spread the word about the thieves! Their vendor stole a lot of money from me and all the did was send me an email that said too bad so sad, you loose sucker!

Accept you; re a loser and in the future never buy at AliExpress any more.
Don't forget this company is where all Chinese scam is bundled, and once ripped off and cheated AliPay will do the final touch by ripping anoter USD 15.- in fees!

1) Take a screenshot of the (fake) offer that you used to order the product.
2) Build the proof that the product that you received is a WRONG product.
For that use:
*** Android BenchmarAntutu, Velamo, Ookla,..., *** Android hardware tester: CPU-Z, System Info Droid, CPU/RAM/DEVICE Identifier,..., *** Screenshot capture program (if the screenshots are'nt built right into your phone): Screenshot Easy, Screenshot,...
3) Open a dispute and: (a) present the proofs (images) that you received the WRONG product... (b) ask for full refund without returning the product.

What do you mean "suppose"? You are not sure it is fake? Anyway AliExpress said they will refund three times your purchase price if it is proven counterfeit. You have to make a "convincing" video proving it
Is a counterfeit. Then open dispute and upload video. Getting your
Money back, let alone three times, is a mighty task. Could be done
But are you ready for it? Or just be the lamb for the slaughter.

You are supposed to deal with seller first, if that fails, open up a dispute. Have you confirmed yet that you have received the item.
Don't leave it to long before talking to seller and opening a dispute.
