They have the very WORST customer service I've ever experienced! Just trying to get to a person is nearly impossible! They have an automated service with pull down menus. If your question isn't listed, you never get to a person. I got through ONCE, and talked to a very rude young woman!
Yes, there is always a chance of receiving a faulty product. Make sure you discuss all details with the supplier. Always check supplier's history before making a purchase. Once all details are agreed on you are pretty much safe. Have in mind that after receiving your shipment you will find that something is wrong with your order, you are fully covered by Alibaba trade assurance and if anything is different then your contract you will recieve a full refund
I ordered home theater seats. 10 electric recliners in leather. That. Was april 11th this year. The agreement was $2460 delivered to laporte tx usa. Today is August 2nd. My seats are on a train from las angles Ca. Only after paying another $388 more for freight. The qote for these seats here in the usa was $6400 dollars. The seats should have b^n here back in june. They only paid freight to LA. I am money ahead if they get here in good condition. I paid for Alibaba trade assurrance. But they sent me an email saying i had recieved the goods and my assurance account was closed. Wtf. Now if they arrive dammaged or the qality is poor I have to est it. Do not depend in Alibaba Trade Assurrance. I'm still waiting for my home theater seating.
I never ordered anything that big. But, I've found that some sellers are good, some not. And, they have the very WORST customer service I've ever experienced. So, if you have a problem... Personally, I never intend to buy through them again! So, would I buy a car through them? Not a snowball's chance in Hell!
