Question:

If tenant destroy the house in some reason, will that can be taken care by airbnb

Answer:

By thinking about AirBnB reputation and history, I believe they would not personally take care of costs. They have an easy time receiving money, but the HARDEST most impossible-like time giving it back. I'm genuinely very sorry for you if this is what you're going through.

Question:

So what do we do when your hosts cancel last minute

Answer:

You should get ALL of your money back, and then, basically, you have to find another place to stay, if there is one, or cancel your trip! Airbnb doesn't take responsiblility for the whims of a bad host! I found that out first hand, on July 1st, when a host, who only had a small bedroom and shared bath, in his small home, decided to use covi18, as a lame excuse for cancelling last minute on me!

Question:

Answer:

For your own good - Stay away! There is no Customer Service or Protection what so ever! This is a rip off! I had renters who partied and trashed my place and sustained damages... Called Airbnb asked for advice, they said not to worry and take pictures and give estimates, but then when I provided all the possible suppotive documentions: police report, pictures, estimates for repairs, statements... They declined my claim without any explanation! Not a dime for repairs! The proterction policy they have is a Joke! A sham! It doesnt exist! Beware!

Question:

I have never used airbnb and don't understand why some rentals offer a limit of 4 guest but have 3 bedrooms and beds in each. why? also if i rent a condo or house for myself and my wife and myself but have my son and his family visit for a short time, do i need to list the total people?

Answer:

That I agree with, when a Host places a limit on the number of guests he has a valid reason to do that and we should respect that. He is being very clear and we should respect his honesty. There are quite a few out there that "might" accept your requirements
