on 4/17/15I feel no side effect and hope it works for you. I have now started the low carb life style and it is working for being healthy but not for dropping weight quickly. I did lose 17lbs on the 3 Week Diet.
You can also use whey protein, shellfish and fish. There are no side effects, but you have to be 100% committed to make it work. I wasn't completely and the diet did not work.
I am mostly vegetarian so eggs work if you eat eggs and you can use tofu.
A: You have to get protein from this resources: beef, chicken, eggs, fish.
I personally am not a vegetarian but I am sure you can find suitable substitutes for the meat requirements... As for side effects, I personally did not have any..
