Do any supplements or any of the required parts of this diet contain caffeine or other stimulants? I cannot tolerate any stimulants so it is crucial that I know this before purchasing. I don't see any info really as to what is included, or what you need to purchase unless I'm missing it. Thanks so much in advance for help!

You need not take stimulants per se. But taking Black coffee without sugar/cream helped me to tide over the morning fasts.
