Theres no Phone number that Im aware of just email and Chat on site. The best advice I can give you is to keep hammering that chatbox. Ive also given them a deadline on my refund of COB today. Under the consumer guarntees act they can not refuse refunds. If the it is requested on return of item.

Does 1-day have a phone number? i emailed them last week and still haven't heard back from them.

Answer:

You've got to get on the online chat with them and hound the daylights out of them to get anywhere. There is no phone number that I've been able to find, and I've been looking quite hard for the last few weeks myself.

I wanted to buy 2 iphone 7's but the reviews are terrible. what is the guarantee i'm getting what i paid for. also what is the delivery time.

Answer:

We purchased an iphone 7 refurbished phone and if there are any issues it is a terribly slow and frustrating process. We got a replacement sent and the replacement was also faulty! I would not recommend 1-day at all personally.
