Answer:
There is no phone number. Only live chat or email. Suggest live chat as they don't respond to emails for 2-3 days (if at all) If you go to options at the bottom of the chat you can email yourself a copy of the transcript - in my case this will be a very long novel if I had up 3 weeks of daily chats requesting updates on my order and having to repeat infomration every time is very tiresome!

Answer:
We purchased an iphone 7 refurbished phone and if there are any issues it is a terribly slow and frustrating process. We got a replacement sent and the replacement was also faulty! I would not recommend 1-day at all personally.

Good luck with that - they only chat online and apparently don't have phones to be able to follow up with their freight company either!

Answer:
You've got to get on the online chat with them and hound the daylights out of them to get anywhere. There is no phone number that I've been able to find, and I've been looking quite hard for the last few weeks myself.
