I wanted to buy 2 iphone 7's but the reviews are terrible. What is the guarantee I'm getting what I paid for. Also what is the delivery time.

We purchased an iphone 7 refurbished phone and if there are any issues it is a terribly slow and frustrating process. We got a replacement sent and the replacement was also faulty! I would not recommend 1-day at all personally.
