I've ordered from the site multiple times. I have always received my products in a timely manner and the quality of the products I have received has always been great. My first order I had some trouble with sizing, but thats more my fault then theirs. I am a hard to fit girl who doesn't buy things without trying them on, but bought underwear from hear. No surprise they didn't fit, but they gave me a full refund including shipping. And since then I have been more then happy with everything I have ordered.
How the heck is this a "Google Trusted Store"..?? I just ordered a purse claiming to be "patent leather", but when it got here, it felt like plastic and after a few days it started to come apart and the bottom started to cave in. It was a complete waste of money. I was not given a refund, even though it hasn't even been 14 days. Instead, they wanted to give me "store credit". Never do I want to order from this site again. I highly recommend to stay away from it!
Ordered from them based on the great price of the item when I saw a few people were ordering the same item from a deal web forum. Shipping took longer than expected and when my order arrived it was only 1 of the 2 identical items I ordered. Ok mistakes happen, well it turns out the item was completely defective. So I must have emailed back and forth about this with their customer service and its looking like its going nowhere. The others who ordered had the same experience as we all talked about it on the forum together, we all got defective products and all are having a hell of a time getting a refund. I hope disputing it with my creditcard will take care of it bc their fake lines of customer service is our number 1 priority are as fake and defective as the item they shipped me. DO NOT ORDER FROM NOMORERACK.COM FOR ANYTHING... IF I could I would give them negative stars!!!!!!!
Last week I order an item called "Bark Off". I was very happy when it arrived so quickly however when I opened it, my excited turned into extreme disappointment. The item was clearly used - it was marked and scratched and the two side buttons were stuck. It is a piece of garbage. I emailed customer service requesting a full refund - we'll see what happens. I will not buy from this web site again. I am deleting them from my email account....BEWARE
TERRIBLE customer service! Watch out for items that you can return (as most of the itmes are final sale). They do not allow you to pay for the return shipping, but give you a return shipping label at which THEY determine the shipping costs. I purchased a jacket and had to guess which size to order considering they did not provide sizing info.They wanted to take $9 out of my refund. The item could not of weighed more than 6oz!!!! I couldn't even exchange it for another size. FIRST AND LAST TIME SHOPPER at this website! I thought the point of having a customer service department was to actually service your guests and hope that they continue doing business with you; I guess not in their case. Disgraceful!
I don't normally write negative reviews however the last few times I have ordered from NMR it has been horrible experiences. When I first ordered from NMR I had great experience. The last 3 items i've bought from NMR have either not worked when I received them (ihome ear-buds), broke within a week of receiving the item (1,800 thread count Egyptian cotton sheet set, ripped 2 days after I bought them), And horrible customer service I bought my sister the Google Android 7" Tablet (bought for my sister's b-day took almost a month to get to her)...
I have seen many posts from Vincent D NMR's customer service rep my question to No More Rack would be it's great that your so sorry for EVERYONE'S bad experience's my question is wth are you going to do to correct the situation? I personally would love a response from Vincent D if getting a faithful customer to return.
I was going to place an order, as a new customer today. Naturally, I wanted to read the reviews first, because let's face it, WE are the people who make or break a business. Most of the reviews appear to be negative, but there are clearly a few exceptions.
My concern is simply that most of the complaints refer to the site's "robotic responses" to unresolved customer issues, and low and behold...every single review response (from a Vincent D.), IS indeed, the exact same speech.
This tells me that this company doesn't take their customer service or complaints, seriously.

I wrote a bad review because my issue was completely ignored and not even a flicker of sympathy from a "Customer Service Representative" by the name of "Quinn", got another email from yet another rep named "Francis" asking if I could change the bad review to a good one.
Where is the logic in that? Oh wait... the responses are robotic in nature, so maybe that's where they think that was the "logical" answer. Plea for a GOOD review so they don't look bad. Bait and switch much?
I have ordered several things and EVERY one has been a HORRIBLE experience.
1) I ordered 2 XXL IZOD shirts for my husband.. I GOT A XS LONG SLEEVE WOMENS WHITE SHIRT AND A SMALL GREY IZOD SHIRT! The supplier has a phone number that has a full voice mail!
2) I ordered a pretty ring that had a pink stone..TURNED GREEN 2 WEEKS LATER!
3) I ordered a so called Egyptian "best seller" King sheet set.... WORST SET OF SHEETS I HAVE EVER OWNED. INCONSISTENT SIZING, FALLING APART AFTER 3 WASHES.. HORRIBLE.
NO MORE RACK DOESN'T GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK EITHER, THEY GIVE YOU CREDITS. I don't want to spend anymore of my hard earned money with them.. Such rip off artists..
I seriously don't get the negative reviews about nomorerack.com on this site. I have been shopping from them for about 1 year and I have not had any negative interactions or transactions. Times when I had concerns, they were addressed immediately by NMR staff via email. Returns have been addressed immediately and the process was painless. They've refunded me or given me NMR credits that have appeared within a day or two. I have ordered at least 50 times from them and they are really great. The only "negative" thing I can say and it's not their fault, is you have to know what you are buying. I compare the item they advertise to check it's quality somewhere else or check reviews about that item before I buy. I tend to buy when they offer a "free shipping" promo but even when I order outside of that promo, shipping/handling is dirt cheap and I've had no issues with receiving my shipments. Just thought a happy NMR customer needed to chime in here.
Love, love, love this site. I've ordered so many things from them and saved a lot of money. Had issues about a few items also but they were resolved right away that same day They have excellent customer service and in my experience they will do everything to make the customer happy..My shipment mostly comes on time and at times that it's been more than 2 weeks, they are very apologetic and if you choose to cancel your order they'll refund with no problem. I even got store credit as a courtesy for being a loyal customer. Today, I bought 1 item with the store credit and I did not have to pay a cent- it's like FREE. Love it! I'll continue being a loyal customer because this is the best website to get the best deal. I recommend this site to everybody!
I have read all the negative reviews. My experience has been pretty good. The only item I was not happy with was a pair of boots I bought last Christmas.
I recently bought a pair of earrings (only $10.00) and they came broken. I emailed their customer service and explained that the earrings came broken. They told me to take a pic and send it to customer service. I took the pic but couldn't download the pic to my computer. I figured they were only $10.00 so I just let it go. A couple weeks later I got a call from customer service. She said she would replace the earrings with the picture and would also send me a $25.00 gas gift card (Mobile) for my trouble. I was skeptical but I was pleasantly surprised to receive a new pair of earrings (not broken) and the gift card in the mail yesterday. Seems like they are trying to get better with their customer service.
I also bought a watch for my daughter for her b-day. So far no problems.
I have placed 5 different orders from Nomorerack and have been happy with everything! Their 6-Piece Set: Ultra Soft Egyptian Comfort 1600 Series Bed Sheets are a dream! Feel like you're sleeping on a cloud, and they wash wonderfully, too! Bought a comforter and a faux fur bedspread/throw and love them, too! Shipped fast, too. Just don't understand other people's complaints, as I have none!! Want more sheets for my guest room beds, too!!!
I ordered a ring from this website that was supposed to be sterling silver. The ring is so lightweight that it could not possibly be silver. Aluminum maybe. There terminology in describing jewelry is sometimes ambiguous. Is a created diamond the same as a simulated diamond? This website scares me, and I don't think I will be ordering from them again.
I ordered 3 separate items and they all came without an issue, I live in ohio and the last item I received was shipped from california. I was fine with the wait of about 2 weeks to complete the order since it explicitly says on the website that delivery may take several weeks. No issues with quality or billing. I will order from them again.
I ordered a watch and it stopped working, after a couple of weeks.. I was told there's nothing that can be done. I have reached out and pleaded my case one more time with customer service. We will see , and I will update when they get back with me.

First I ordered light blue sheets and what I received dark gray sheets. They don't everrefund your purchase but they give you credit for further shopping. So I got my purchased credit of $26.Then I ordered a purse all made out of " Genuine lambskin leather ". The purse looked nice but only the two sides were leather and the bottom and ends and strap were very cheap vinyl. The kind that would tear easily if bumped with something pointed . The purse was made in China! Now I have a little more credit in my account. Then I had my son look to see if he would like to use any of my credit. He chose a 2pack set of computer mouses. They did not work also. Made in China ! Strike 3--they suck with poor quality, false desciptions, & lowsy order filling ! STAY AWAY! Don't trust THEM!
I've ordered several things and have been pleased with most EXCEPT clothing! Both times they were received WITH POOR SIZING--both times very small. I'm now stuck with both (one of them a $59 suit, which they won't even exchange! I've learned my lesson! DO NOT purchase clothing from them!

I ordered the 6-Piece Set: Ultra Soft Egyptian Comfort 1600 Series Bed Sheets on August 8th, 2013. My order arrived on August 17th, and while I can't speak on anyone else's claims, my girlfriend and I loved the sheets! We'd definitely order from them again.

I have ordered numerous items and check in daily. Yes, the quality is kind of low, the clothes are extremely light weight and the sizing runs small, but you do get what you pay for and people should realize that for the price they are paying you're not going to get great quality. I always receive my orders within a week, sometimes in 3 days. I've never tried to return anything so I can't speak to that issue. I figure if I pay $5 for something and it's not exactly what I wanted I can suck up the cost and be more careful in the future.
Stay away from this site. My first order was fo two of the boho watches. I received one. They encourage you to contact them by email. I think they must be outside the US. The CHAT button and the EMAIL doesn't work from their website.
I emailed them directly asking where my other watch was. They responded quickly and told me that they didn't know but they would give me an instore credit. But, if it happens again they will close my account???? What? They screwed up and they want to close my account. I'm done. Used my credit to try to get another watch.

Upon receiving two purses (quality similar to flea market quality), and the price of $23 for the unit was completely unacceptable (I would have paid $5 <maybe> per bag).
I emailed the company asking for a return, receiving one e-mail asking if I wished to return both purses. I responded indeed I wished to return both bags. I received another email saying there was no refund as the units were marked as final sale (in small black letters, detailing nothing upon research). Nothing during checkout, nor any other time told me I would be stuck with these forever, or I simply would not have ordered. Disenchanted I sent another email, and basically got the same response.
I own these piss poor purses now, and want to ensure you are not stuck with products from this merchant. An online girl now for well over a decade, I have worked with a multitude of companies that do aim to please the consumer. Go elsewhere!

Merchant forced to take product back, Paypal to reimburse. Did receive an offer a day or so ago from merchant - if you file enough reports you too may get a credit.
Perhaps this merchant will get better - in the meantime utilize payment method, and LET CONSUMERS KNOW exactly how this company has treated you.

This is the most unprofessional site I have ever dealt with. I researched a lot before my first order and saw a lot of reviews claiming it was a scam and illegitimate. However, after reading about how the company had growing pains at first and has since improved its customer service, I gave it a shot. I used paypal as a safeguard so that my money was protected and not direct access to my bank account or credit line. My first order was cancelled due to supplier and inventory issues and I was refunded three weeks after my original order date. I found a similar item to purchase and, go figure, that order was also cancelled two weeks later. I'm not sure why these items are even listed if they're not in stock. I contacted customer service three times, and each time they responded with form answers that had nothing to do with my question. The best part is, each email ended with the line, "If there is anything further I can do to assist you please let me know. At Nomorerack, customer satisfaction is our main goal."
My husband purchased the portable phone charger useful for when I'm traveling and don't have access to a USB port or a plug. I keep it in my purse and when my phone gets low, I plug it in. It helps give me a full extra battery cycle. They took a while to arrive, but they don't claim 2-day shipping so no big deal.
I then ordered the pink compression sleeves for running. They were half the price of the name brand ones, arrived quickly (less than week of my order), and they are a much tighter, durable material than the name brand ones. I believe because they are knit more tightly, they will withstand more laundry cycles and therefore a terrific deal.
My only warning would be about the shipping. I got the impression that it's not all coming from one warehouse, which might explain the discrepancies in shipping. I also wouldn't commit a ton of money to something like a tablet. But, I have no real reason for that besides that I like to buy high ticket items from places with a store-front or an online store with a proven track record of good customer service (a la Amazon).

Total scam. I ordered "12-Pack: Molded-Cup Convertible-Strap Bras - Assorted Styles" from this site for $31. It seemed to good to be true.... and it was. About 10 days later, I received an email from the company that said they were not able to deliver on the product that they sold me. In bold, underline font, the email said "We have given you a full refund including shipping. We have also credited your account with an additional $5.00 for the inconvenience."
While I did received my money back, I did not received the $5.00. What kind of company can't provide what they sold you and then makes false promises? At least I got my money back. This company is ridiculous. Do not purchase anything from them.

I ordered a sage colored sheet set. The color was pictured as a pale green. The color I received was a dark hunter green. No More Rack asked me to send a picture of the sheets and they would issue a merchandise credit. They say they didn't receive the picture. This has gone on for six months with no resolution. I won't buy from them again. I should have read the reviews first.
I ordered the Women's Boho Vintage Inspired Watch $10.00. I didn't expect quality merchandise for that price. Just thought it was a cute casual watch. It didn't arrive very fast but that was ok because it was not a gift. When I received it and took it out of the pkg I was hit with this very foull smell.I thought well I will just let it "air out" thinking the smell would go away. Well it didn't!! I even sprayed it with Fabreeze still the odor lingered. I thought well I would try it on anyway, big mistake the smell was overwhelming every time my wrist got anywhere near my face/nose. When I took it off, my wrist smelled like the watch.I had to scrub my wrist to get the smell off.. Makes me wonder what kind of toxic chemicals were used??? I didn't even bother trying to return it,not worth the hassle for $10.00 I will certainly never buy from them again. Like everyone else has said you get what you pay for.
The only good think I can say about these guys is that they delivered my order. Not especially quickly, mind you, but it did get here. I bought a sweater. It's crap. You really do get what you pay for.
I purchased an awesome deal on Nomorerack and after three weeks of waiting for shipping confirmation, decided to send their customer service team a friendly e-mail to make sure my order wasn't overlooked. I received a timely response and was told that my order was "escalated to [their] fulfillment team." Very pleased with their professionalism and speediness of their response, I decided to be patient. However, a week and a half later, I received a credit for the amount of my order back to my account. I e-mailed customer service again, asking why my account was credited. I received a response saying it was a credit for the order that was cancelled (not my decision) and at the top of the e-mail said the representative closed my query. I'm assuming my order was cancelled because there wasn't enough items in stock to fulfill my order and had that been communicated, I would have more than understood and been more than happy to take a credit to the website, there are so many incredible deals. I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication especially since they say they aim to be the best in service. I do not recommend this site to anyone.
I had heard about this website from the commercials on tv, so I decided to check it out and I was amazed at how much cool stuff they had and the prices were awesome... So I placed an order for some leggings (the funky pattern leggings that come in the 3 pack for $13) and I also ordered 2 pairs of gold plated hoop earings.
I placed the order on 9/28/13 and by 10/01/13 I received the email that my leggings order had shipped. It was delivered on 10/02/13. So I was impressed with the speed of the shipping. However, the leggings are of terrible quality. They feel like panty hose and I'm afraid they will snag or rip soon. You really do get what you pay for with this site. And no way is the retail value of those leggings what the site said it was.
I have not heard any news on my earrings yet. They have not been shipped.
Overall I think some items are a rip off, but who knows maybe one can find a good deal with certain products.
I came upon nomorerack.com after seeing one of their ads on television. I was always skeptical of such sites but I decided to check it out anyway. The offer day to day deals on several items at what I would consider semi good prices depending on the item. A lot of their items are the kind of things you would see in those as seen in tv ads.So far I have made a couple of purchases and have received both with no problem whatsoever. Both were shipped at a decent time and both items where a good price. The quality was a little lower than what I expected but it was still satisfactory. I will definitely order again from nomorerack.com and I would definitely recommend it to a friend. My only qualm is that I wish they would organize their site to be a little better.
I was going to order from no more racks again because after like a month they didn't have my order in stock. asked if I can be alerted to when it doors bit then they told me the deals are day to day. After waiting weeks and weeks for my 12 pack bras and throwing old ones out they cancel it. :/ but I got a notice in between that time that it shipped, so its weird with them. Their stuff quality is like what you would find in a dollar store (at least from what I ordered). Their customer service is a joke. They cancelled my order after 3 weeks and told me it's out of stock. I complained how long it took and they blamed it on the vendor. I gave them a bad rating for the customer survey because it shouldn't take 3 weeks and me contacting them to tell me that a product is no longer available. And for good customer relationship, a coupon for future order would be nice as a compensation. You know what they came back with? They told me based on the fact that they refunded my money this case is resolved and that I should revise my satisfacation rating. Seriously? If they can't even understand the real issue, they should not be in business. I will never buy from them again.

Horrible customer service! I ordered something about a month ago and never received it. The other day I looked at my bank account and saw that they refunded my money. I e-mailed them to inquire as to why my order was cancelled, and I got a response saying they have no record of my order at all. Oook, if you have no record of my order, how did you take my money on the 6th and refund it on the 27th? Obviously if they can do those transactions they have some sort of record of my order. The very helpful (not) customer service person told me to look at my online account for more details. Strangely, my online account has no orders listed. At least I got my money back, but I really wanted what I ordered! I could have ordered it from a reputable place and had it by now, but instead I waited nearly a month for something they never intended to send me in the first place. NEVER using them again and I really wish they would stop popping up on my Facebook!

I'm so confused why there are so many negative reviews! I have ordered everything from a coat, clothing, jewelry & many many many pairs of shoes!!! I have never once had a problem with this company or the quality of my items! I've always been very satisfied!! As for the customer service, they have been great!! With a question I have they answer within minutes!! I do see a lot of people complaining about how long it took them for shipping, if you track your shipment of your items you would know where your item is at all times!! I knew the prices were too good to be true. I ordered something on September 10 and on the website is still says processing. It does say allow ten to fourteen days to process, I did not see this till after I paid for the order.This is way too long of a process period. I do not plan on ordering from them again. I do not recommend this site to anyone. On the fourteenth day I get an email saying they had to cancel my order because their supplier didn't deliver my order. From the other reviews I see it seems like this whole site is a scam.
Anyone wondering why all the responses from nomorerack to problems are the exact same response and not personalized??? I'm wondering if they are even reading the problems. Let's give it a go: I ordered 12 bras at the beginning of September and read that I should allow for 10-12 days, well....guess what? It's been longer???!!!
Extremely unhappy. Purchased 100% leather coat. Arrived smelling gross and wet. I tried calling customer service immediately and they would not issue a call tag or take any responsibility for a wet smelly heavy leather coat. It would cost me too much to return to am donating to charity . BUYER BEWARE. This coat, by the way, was made of slices of leather sewn together (not obvious from the photo) so looks incredibly cheap. MADE IN CHINA. STINKS THE HIGH HEAVEN

BUYER BEWARE!!I spent qutie a lot of money for many items that I had purchased for presents. They included jewelry, sheets, towels, pillows and small furnishings. Basically, everything was either poor to terrible quality!! The worst junk ever!! Getting through to customer service was extremely difficult, and once I did manager to get connected, they were not very helpful at all. I did return some of the purchases, but after paying for shipping (esp. the towels & sheets) due to size & weigh, only half of my payment was returned. The other items, I just gave away, as the expense on my end was not worth shipping. I am in NY and returns go to Los Angeles area in California.I wouldn't even mind paying for some shipping, but the quality was NOTHING like the descriptioln provided on the website. Many online companies will pay for return shipping or at least send a shipping label which they provide and has a better rate then the one a "small" individual customer can qualify for, and the charges for the label are deducted from the return charges. At any rate, I would certainly not shop with them in the future. There actually are too many other really good sites that DO provide good service and good products.
Short answer: From customer reviews I've read it seems very scammy. The Better Business Bureau also warned against them after receiving over 200 complaints in Delaware alone. I wouldn't trust them with my credit card information.
I was wondering the same thing so I checked out Scambook.com. You could also just type in "no more rack scam" into Google and all of the complaints will pop up. I read through a lot them to see if they were valid because some people just like to complain over stupid little things. The first few reviews crying "scam" sounded to me like the customers just didn't read the rules and terms of agreement on how bids work. The bidding area of the website charges for each bid made...whether you win the item or not. This is clearly explained on the site but some people don't read that and then get all upset when they are charged.
HOWEVER, as I read on, the complaints seemed more serious. One person claimed they sent her completely broken merchandise and refused to refund her money or return her calls or emails. The thing that sealed my decision was that multiple people have claimed to have been charged hundreds of dollars of fees just after signing up and entering their credit card info before they bought or bid on anything. When they tried to get their money back, the company just gave them the run-around and refused to refund. Many of the people had to file CREDIT CARD FRAUD complaints with their banks.
I think that the unbelievable deals are just to get you in the door. Once there, you're prompted to create an account with your credit card info right away. The deals to "BUY" are not very numerous or that awesome and they don't change very often...not daily like they claim. The real business is in the deals to "BID" on (it redirects you to: bidrack.com...same company, different name). They charge for each bid (unlike legitimate auction sites like ebay) so you end up paying just to bid and they recoup thousands more in bids on each item than the item is even worth. The business model is closer to gambling than auctioning. That's shaky from a moral standpoint - but the way the site seems so eager to get my credit card info before I even go to buy or bid and the fact that many people experienced entirely unauthorized charges is a big fat RED FLAG for me. The only bet I'll be making is that this company is a SCAM.

Not happy with the purse I ordered, it was not navy blue as shown in the photo. I am also second guessing if it is even real leather. It is made in China. Received it quick, just don't care for the deception.
