Horrible experience-slow delivery, inferior product (DrDre) earbuds that arrived almost four weeks later, broke eithin two days, responded to my complaint by saying they had to contact the supplier. However, they were still advertised at the same price as what I purchased them for on Black Friday! After almost a month, nothing has been resolved so I contacted my credit card company and it is now in their hands! Stay away from nomorerack!
The quality of the items I ordered was horrible. I kept one, and returned another.
Customer Service tedious to work through for a return. I received detailed and confusing return instructions for me to ship the item back. And then two days later, received a pre-paid label by email. Be advised, if you do not specifically request a credit to your original form of payment, you will receive a site credit. I've never heard of any website doing this, and find it to be deceitful and wrong.
Do not shop here. Bad business.
I purchased a tablet to give out as a Christmas present. The family member I purchased it for received the exact same tablet from another person, so naturally I/we wanted to return the one I ordered. Nomorerack would not let me return the item I purchased because 14 days had passed...it's called CHRISTMAS shopping....and it's done before Christmas; these things aren't realized until AFTER Christmas.
By the looks of previous reviews this business won't last long. Good Luck with your lacking (and short lived) business ethics nomorerack.
I purchased probably about 10 items the week before Christmas so I was expecting it to take awhile, all but two have arrived and it is now January 10. It has been a little over three weeks now and I am pretty heated.
I have emailed them twice to let them know of this issue and got the usual "we'll talk to the vendor and see where your shipment is." Of course, it's been a week and I've gotten nothing back.
I emailed again and stated that if its not here by the end of this week that I want my money back, got the exact same answer. My reply? Send my money back IMMEDIATELY.
I tried calling and they have a voice message stating some bologna about holiday shopping, last time I checked christmas was quite awhile ago. Give me my money back!
Their return policy is only 15 days, the item that I bought was not new, it looked used, and their shipping department took 10 out of the 15 days to send the item. I recommend no one do business with these guys!
got a tablet for chirstmas. within a week the screen went out. Ithey were no help at all. would never let anyone I know order from this site. they have u running around to get all the info, but no help still what a rip off yours truly pissed off
They should be ashamed for selling their overpriced junk. I ordered a Ultimate Learning Tablet for my 3 year old for $16 with shipping. It said on the website that the retail price was $79. It is like something you would get from a dollar store. I am not kidding. Very cheap plastic with a sticker half way sticking on with fake icons for the screen. That was false advertising. I wasn't expecting an android, but this is ridiculous. What a scam!

I used to shop at Nomorerack but quit after their bogus excuses. An item I purchased became unavailable when I used the credit I was given by the merchant, after waiting three weeks for it to be shipped. I received no response to my email in which I complained that the item was still being sold on their website which to me was indication that they were lying to me.
I placed an ordered on 12/29/13. I received an email on. 1/2/14 saying my order had shipped. When I still had no tracking info, I emailed them an inquiry on 1/6/14 and received an email on 1/7 that stated my order was still being processed and would ship soon. How can I get an email on 1/2 that it shipped when they are still "processing" it? How can it take a week to process one item?? I still have no merchandise, but they have my money!!

HORRIBLE experience. I purchased a pair of boots for my wife for Christmas and had her try then on when they came in to make sure they fit. They did not fit and she did not like them anyway.
I contacted customer service and was told I could not get a refund because it was a "Final Sale" item. I'm a little cautious with websites I haven't dealt with and I screen capped the original ad. When I sent the jpeg of the original ad they back pedaled and gave me a CREDIT when I specifically asked for a refund. Not ideal but whatever so I found something I wanted.
My refund was for $21.26 and the item I found was for $22.00. When I tried to check out, it said I had to spend a minimum of $30.00 to use my credit. WHAT!?!
I requested a full refund and am currently waiting for a response. I would NEVER use this company again. Nothing about this experience has been positive and they came across as VERY shady. Had I not had a screen cap of the item I would likely have been stuck with boots that were useless and out $20+.
I ordered several items from nomorerack.com for Christmas, and items were shipped separately, which made it hard to track. I realized one item, a coat, had not arrived, although I got an email saying it had been shipped. They said I had to (myself) track it through the USPS (although they had a UPS tracking number, apparently, it actually was shipped via USPS). I had to file a claim with USPS. (Shouldn't the shipper do this if they sent something that didn't arrive?) It finally arrived, but unfortunately, in the holiday rush, I didn't open it right away. Once I did, I realized it had dark discolorations--like it had been exposed to a chemical or something. I contacted customer service, but since it had been more than 7 days by their records (although I actually received it a week after they had record that I did), they would not accept a refund (even though I was not refunding it because I changed my mind, IT WAS DEFECTIVE.) I asked if they would consider credit, but although their motto is something about customer service, truly, it is not. I rarely return things, and should have checked their return policy, but I would think their policy would be a little more lenient if they sold a defective product. In full disclosure, all other items were ok. I won't order again, though, there are too many other options for the same kinds of things with better customer service policies.
I dont understand why some people are receiving damaged items. but my experience was good, I ordered most of my christmas items from nomorerack. A spongebob brush, a giraffe necklace, a 2pack of sock monkey hats, & an angry bird hat.
I understood that it was the month of December which meant snow and other christmas items could affect shipping time & mix ups. I received all items seperately. the brush brittles were damaged and bent but I could never blame the company because several things could have crushed it while ups shipped it(after all, it was christmas month!) the diamond giraffe necklace was NOT full of diamonds but with fake gems(understandable because I only paid $18, I didnt expect diamonds when I ordered it anyways) and the hats turned out better than I was hoping for! they were warmer and fit better than expected. & for the shipping time, it took 2 weeks but ups & weather was to blame. I cant believe half of you complain about the shipping & blame the company for damaged items. you get what you pay for.. if you want a $500 tablet, pay the full price! I would never buy any electronics from ANY company that sells for half the price it really is.(thats just common sense!!!!)
Although I was not happy about how long it took for my items to be shipped to me...I also understood that this past holiday season, everyone was inconvenienced. My items were delivered in bits and pieces but eventually everything was delivered. I found my jewelry selections to be beautiful and of very good quality. When I did contact the company by phone, I was given accurate information on the status of my order. I had to call a different # than was on the site,(855-847-7225), but once I got through the agent I spoke with couldn't have been more helpful in tracking my order. In fact the rest of the order was delivered the next day!!! Although it was a long wait, it was worth it. I will recommend this site but warn that they are slow at S&H, but @ $2 per item S&H, what do you expect? Thank you nomorerack for a good shopping experience on the net. I bought 5 items before I read reviews. I was skeptical considering I was buying them as christmas gifts. The last package came today. Family absolutly loves everything. Sheep 12"boots true to fit, mohican women's boots def need to upsize did my return with no problem. Eyeliner/lip liner 40 set recommend for younger skin texture stays on longer and better. Professional eyebrush set works amazingly good, silver infinity ring do far its beautiful will update if ring alters in any way. I received emails when item shipped and delivered. I received tracking information for everything. Usps, fedex and some other pckging service. I received fast response thru customer service only contact is via email. Good on my end. Now if ur getting outrageous things like yhe tablets they maybe refurbished.

I ordered 5 sets of curtains through this website. The photo showed that the product was a grey-silver color. When they came in the mail, they were gold and brown. Trying to return these things has been a nightmare! One guy emailed me back, said he'd send me the return information, and I never heard another word. I sent several more emails and finally got a response from someone who told me my items were "final sale," which they certainly were NOT because I never would have purchased them if that was the case. When I tried to call, they have no one available to speak to you because of a "high call volume," probably because of many many others like me trying to get their money back from this HORRIBLE COMPANY.

I bought a Motorola Xyboard tablet and was completely dead. It took several hours of charging until it got fully charged. It came on and looked like it was already activated. I looked in the photo app and there were personal pictures there of the previous owner I looked in the email app and there were personal emails there. Had I known this was going to be a USED tablet I would have bought it on Ebay for $75.00 cheaper. Do I trust their site again that if I buy something it won't be used. What if I buy underwear off their site, is it going to be used too? Plus there was no SIM card in it either which new ones come with. This is the first and final time I buy here, at least on Ebay you have better responses from them.
Very frustrated at moment. I ordered a tablet for my son, he is an apple kid, this was android I took a chance & he didn't like it. Shipping wise, etc it got here before christmas. Since he didn't like it I requested a return authorization & was given one pretty quickly unlike some of the comments seen here. I did as directed, included the return authorization & the tablet in original box untouched, sent 2 day priority mail (which I had to pay for). After not getting a refund back for days I emailed them as I had my tracking # and knew exactly when the tablet arrived. I didn't know to include the tracking # in my email. After 2 days of waiting I finally got a reply asking for the tracking # and the reply said they would contact the warehouse, got a 2nd identical reply from a different rep again asking for the tracking # stating they'd contact the warehouse. It did say to allow 2 weeks for return to be processed. It has now been 2 weeks & 3 days I honestly think I'm out the $115 paid for this tablet, the refund was to get my son something he liked. I feel badly & will have to find a way to afford something evidently without this refund this kid should not have to suffer for my mistake in buying from this horrible website. :(. As I paid through paypal I'm planning to dispute through them if this doesn't get resolved in the next day.
So the returned tablet saga with this company continues, I provided them the tracking # multiple times only to be told my # isn't valid and to please provide a scanned copy of the receipt. What? It almost is feeling like an easy excuse to not refund a customer's money back. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN YOU WILL HAVE NO NEED TO EVER RETURN.
I too ordered over 300.00 in merchandise. Cheap Stuff. Sheets were horrible. The tablet I ordered which ended up being a duplicate gift ( the other by the childs Mom) and they will not even ANSWER my inquiry as to how I would get a refund or a credit for an UNOPENED purchase.

This is an extremely dishonest company. The tablet they sent me worked for only two weeks, but they will not refund or exchange.
So far I've ordered 2 items from this site. A pair of boots and sheets. Love both of them. The boots are adorable and the price was great. The sheets are the best sheets I've ever purchased. Both items came within 5 days. I'm very happy with this company.
Will not take back a tablet that arrived at my house not working. I've exhausted every avenue and have now decided to eat the $118 to be done with it. You have 7 days to return something after that, there is no option even if it breaks.
I shop a lot at Nomorerack and find that the merchandise is quality, the price is incredible, the customer service is great. They are quick to reply to any questions or concerns. Also, risk is low, folks, as Google underwrites their insurance and that is free from Google. I have new gorgeous insulated drapes on 6 living room windows for less that $60. Can you beat that? The lower freight rate is slow, just like our post office, but you have a choice to opt for a faster shipper service. Frankly, I have items I could not afford on my retirement pension if it weren't for Nomorerack.com.
I ordered the tablet for $59 on November 30th. I got it on December 23. I was A lucky one. They did give me A $15 credit. I ordered A $15 item it came within 7 days. I fill for everyone who got ripped off. This is A if you fill lucky company.. you filling Lucky!!!!!!! Beware..
PLEASE whatever you do, do NOT order from this site if you are not willing to chance losing your money. I placed an order of nearly $500.00 on December 8, 2013. Out of that 1 order I received an incorrect item, one item was never sent, one item arrived on December 30th (it was supposed to be a CHristmas gift), and one item I did not like. I tried to call, use the instant chat, and email customer service almost daily for 3 weeks before I received a response (via email) telling me that I could not return anything because my grace period for returns was over. I had been attempting a return for 2 weeks but they gave no response. You can't return an item without a RMA, and can only get a RMA through customer service who will NOT contact you. I learned my lesson, and just wish that I would have read reviews before buying from this company. It won't happen again.
As with any ordering from online websites you assume a risk. When you can not see an item in person you can not bee 100% guaranteed to get what you see. On that note I have to say that I love this site! I have been ordering from them over a year now and have been happy with every item. Yes sometimes the shipping is a bit slow, but come on, you pay toe bucks for your entire order and the prices are incredibly low so they have to save their money somewhere! I recommend this site to everyone!
Bad experience- I do NOT recommend: purchased two high count sheet sets:
-Merchandise slow to arrive
-Mold in sheets upon opening package
-Followed website instructions to return products for credit and they did not respond in a timely manner although they require the consumer to make returns within 10 says of receipt of goods- I had to email twice to get authorization which ate up 5 days.
-Even though the goods were defective I had to absorb the return shipping costs which amounted to almost half the total purchase price.
Anyone who says anything good about this site is a phony! I ordered 6 items from this site and nothing was as it seemed. One item didn't wrk straight out the box, another had decomposed batteries that had leaked in the unit and didn't wrk. Got a watch that glitches with a hourly alarm no matter how many times you turn it off. Got a ring that was supposed to be pure sterling silver with a topaz stone and was nothing more then plastic through and through. Got a Mock Security camera and got Throwing Knives shipped to me instead. Customer Service takes endless days to get back to you and I still have not received my refund for items returned that arrived back to them on 12/23/2013. It's a bunch of defective junk and isn't what you are really looking for.
Not what I ordered... and NO response from customer service - All I get are generic emails. I ordered indoor-"outdoor" LED Xmas lights. What I got were INDOOR only Xmas lights EXCEPT that the average person wouldn't know that! I happen to read in Portuguese and Freanch and in BOTH languages it says indoor-use ONLY. This could be a DANGEROUS situation as there is no indication in English that it's indoor only even though ONLINE it says outdoor... I tried to send it back but no one has responded to my complaint...NEVER again.

Nomorerack also faked the time-stamp of the email I sent them - they dated it 29 Dec so that it shows they responded within a couple of days... When clearly my purchase and complaint/email should be dated early December not the 29th. That's just plain fraudulent..

What I received was for indoor use only!
Please either exchange my order or I want to return and get a refund ASAP. I specifically bought these for outdoor functionality.
NOTE: You are lucky I am multi lingual and can read one of the languages on the box that says indoor use only or we could have had dangerous situation.
Both boxes came without any use/warrantee pamphlets and any English writing on the box does not warn you it’s for indoor use only.
I bought the I tables on this website. The quality is so bad It made from China. I have to wait for 3 weeks to get it. When I want to return they take forever to answer my email and told me they do not allow to return
I really had a good experience with nomorerack.com. I ordered a pair of boots to wear to a wedding. However - I didn't look at shipping time and realized it wouldn't be here in time. I attempted to cancel but they said the cancellation time was over and they'd try to get it to me. I managed to get my item 3 days before I had to leave - which was a miracle! Then my other item I ordered at the same time just came like a week ago. All items had packing slips, were what they said they were, and seem to be decently made products. I would use nomorerack.com again!
Ordered a motorcycle for my son that was put together uneven. The battery would not charge and they would not help me with the battery issue because it was past 14 days. It was a Xmas gift that he can't even enjoy. Waste of my money. I will never buy anything from them again. It's all crap!
I returned EVERYTHING I order as it was thin cheap material that was made into poorly constructed clothing items (2 pair yoga pants, 3 knit tops and 2 pair jeggings). Returning WAS A NIGTMARE. They was no paperwork inclu ded in the packages and it took two weeks and SEVERAL requests to get all the information necessary to return everything. Though I got free shipping for delivery I still had to pay about 12$ to return it all. So I, essentially paid 12$ for grief and aggravation. I've online shopped for clothing from guess, VS, Delias, DSW, etc many Many MANY TIMES over the years and NEVER HAVE I HAD SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I get the impression of a very unorganized, understaffed, business that needs training and experience in the corporate world where "We're sorry" (when you can actually talk to someone) doesn't fix the problem.
I ordered a tablet for my mom for Christmas. I got an email confirmation saying shipping could take more than a week, she had it at her house in 3 days. I've had no problems.
Ordered two items from this site a few months ago. First was a money clip style wallet for my boyfriend and second was a set of various styles of knives for my kitchen. I received in a reasonable time frame (about a week) but the quality of both items was less than impressive. The money clip broke about a week into using the wallet. The knives were nice looking but they are extremely dull and I haven't even bothered to use them since besides trying them the first time. After some time I thought I would give them a second chance. I ordered a pair of fleece leggings and a comforter. The leggings I received in about a week and a half. I specifically ordered an XL and what I got was a one size fits all. Why do they have u choose a size if they are one size fits all. Extremely misleading and I would not have ordered them if I knew this in advance. Second the comforter never came. I ended up getting an email two and a half weeks later saying that they were out of stock and that they would credit my money back. Probably worked out for the best because I am sure (like everything else I ordered) that the quality would have been junk and I would of not been happy with my purchase. This site may be a good deals on lots of items but the quality is what you pay for...cheap! I am never going to waste my money again.
Horrible!! I ordered 3 tablets for Christmas, when kids opened them one was cracked and one was used!..I wasn't complaining about the used one just wanted to replace the broken one and they wont exchange it! they said I had 7 days but it took 9 days to get to my house !!!?
I ordered the tablet they had advertised for $59.00 December 1st. December 23rd I got an email saying it was shipped late. Dec 26th got an email asking how I like it. Still not here. Dec. 30th they say they refunded my account. Didn't explain anything. What kind of business doesn't have a phone number?
I ordered on 12/12/13. Still have not gotten my order. Looked at the tracking and says in had left the distribution center the 28th, I hope it comes soon. If I would have read the reviews I don't think I would have ordered from the site. Not sure if I will ever again. Amazon has been the best thus far. Very disappointed in this site.

Customer service is a joke, all they do is tell you how happy they are to serve you. Right. I ordered a sheet set on Dec 2 and after a dozen emails to socalled customer service I was told on Dec 28th that oops they booboo'd and would be refunding my money. I was so impressed with it, I ordered 1 for myself on Christmas day, and received it 3 days later "yesterday" wow this little tablet has everything the higher priced tablets have, at a awesome price! I order a computer, 2 tablets and various other stuff. it stated that the computer was refurbished it was in awful domestic shape but overall worked well. It took more than a month to receive it. I purchased 2 tablet sand neither worked. I would order again but not electronics. Over all good service and great prices
Ordered Android tablet for 59, suit for 59, sweater for 19, socks for 10, items were track-able on their website, the quality was better than I expected for the price, and all items arrived in a reasonable amount of time (2-3 weeks). This site has incredible deals....just be very thorough about your item and compare shop with other online sites. I will purchase from them again.

I ordered a comforter set. Which said will received by Christmas. It's after Christmas, never for a tracking number. At this point the person I was sending it to is back at home. They won't refund my monies just keeping emailing me we apologize. I hate this company. Terrible service
I placed an order on December 7 - and it was posted on their website Guaranteed Christmas Delivery if Ordered by December 9.
8 items were ordered on the same order. 6 of the items came - Two of the Google tablets did not. When I contacted the customer service department they claim only one tracking number is issued per order even if the order will come in different shipments. I told them USPS stated different shipments do not have the same tracking number. My concern was the tracking number showed the order was delivered even though it was not a full delivery.
It is still Dec 27 without a resolution or the receipt of my items. These were gifts for my kids, and I had to run to Best Buy on Christmas Eve to get gifts for them. I was very fortunate to have the extra money to be able to do this. I am very sorry for others that believed in this company for their Christmas.
I will not use them again. You can't call them and their online chat doesn't work. And don't bother attempting to call as they won't answer.
