This company sells damaged cheap clothes and refuses to take returns if you have already worn it. Well people buy clothes so they can wear them but if they start to fall apart on the first day how are we to know it was cheaply made. Sweaters should not start falling apart that easy! I do not recommend this cheap $#*! company or their clothes! A very cheap product guaranteed to fall apart within 5 mins of wearing it. Don't waste your money on this company! Fraud! Scam!
You cant get HR as an employee here so you have no rights and have to take what the store manager does or leave. Store manger at Mall of GA is condescending and hostile. Not a good environment to work. They need to do better fo employees.
I paid 14.95 express shipping fee on November 21. Today is November 28. I know the holiday was November 23. But to pay for express delivery and your package is not delivered until five or six days later. It a big rip off.Better explanation should be given to be your purchase express fee. I recently received a Jean jacket that was dirty and appeared to have been used. Receiving a used and dirty jacket from Forever 21 was extremely disappointing.I expected better quality control. This experience has tarnished my trust in the brand's products and customer service.
Went into forever 21 at Kingsway mall to purchase a reusable bag. I found a cloth one which had no price listed, went to till to pay and (my own fault) purchased for $15. Tired and not thinking I decided to return it. They oy offer in store credit or exchange, no refunds. Gave the gift card to a friend and I will never step foot in this or and Forever 21 store again.
Do not purchase with your item shipping to you/store and expect an honest ship date. I received an email saying my order shipped to store Jan 11.estimated delivery Jan 17th. I don't get any updates by Jan 24th so I contact support and they say it didn't even ship until Jan 16th. Why would a company send a false ship date? I've never encountered this from a business. Lying to customers is not a good look and when confronted with it having support act like it's your problem isn't either.
It's been a over a month and I still didn't receive my package when order placed online. By the 3rd call, I asked for a refund but their staff said I have to wait until 10 days for a resolution. Ten days later, they said "no resolution was made. You have to wait another 10 days to see if we can authorize a refund." Wow, no package means give me my refund! At least that's what defines good customer service. Apparently Forever 21 doesn't not act upon that!
I recently returned an item that was not sized correctly. I have waited for well over a month for my refund. I tried calling today to speak with customer service and I am still waiting for someone to pick up and the time is 1:06:36 I have waited. This is utterly frustrating. This will be the last time I make a purchase with this company. To have someone intentionally wait this long to speak with someone and get ignored shows bad business ethics.
I was told that my package was undeliverable because I had given them the wrong address however they had the right address and when I called them they gave me the ran around and when I did a chat, they kept asking me the same questions over and over and over. So now I don't have my package and they took my money.

Review: I recently purchased a few shirts from Forever 21, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. After the first wash, the shirts shrunk significantly, rendering them unwearable. When I approached the store to exchange them, I was met with a frustrating response.
Despite the clear issue with the product, Forever 21 refused to provide an exchange or any form of resolution. The lack of customer support and willingness to stand behind their products is disheartening. As a loyal customer, I expected better from a popular clothing brand like Forever 21.
The shrinking shirts coupled with the store's uncooperative exchange policy have left me with no choice but to share my negative experience. It's essential for customers to be aware of these shortcomings before considering making a purchase from Forever 21.
Took my daughter in to buy clothes for her birthday. We were told the fitting rooms were closed and she couldn't try on anything. It was still 2 hours before the store closes. No worries tho we went to another store and bought 3 shirts, 2 pairs of jeans and some accessories for her. Will never set foot in that store again.
I like the clothes. It's not the company, it's the piss poor Management team they have. You can tell when someone isn't use to something because they act high and mighty. The managers carry themselves as if they are in Gucci with their DD's dispositions and attitudes. They couldn't work for me. Ratchet and ghetto to the 125th power. Lenox Square is the worst. It's on a perfect fit if you're in to drama, gossip, sabotage, being an abomination, confused and disoriented or suffering from personality disorders.
I purchased an item online in 12/19/22. It was suppose to be a Christmas gift. Over 8 days later absolutely no movement while tracking package. Customer service told me it was lost, although the only activity was the label was created. Poor communication during holiday season. Learned my lesson. I will never purchase ever again from this store.
God forbid your package is lost or you have any issues with it, they will take up 2 months of your time to do so called "investigations" by the end of which they won't even solve anything. Their customer care employees are trained and paid to repeat "I understand but we can not do anything about it" till you cut the call out of frustration.
Unfortunately I read the reviews on this site AFTER I ordered and I was too late. Just like several others have said- I never got my package. They had the nerve to send me an email to rate my items… that I never got! 2 previous emails to tell me that my order was "still on it's way" and then another to tell me to expect a refund in the next few days. Broken (maybe fake?) tracking links that say wait for an update. Definitely not shopping here anymore, and to think I used to never have a problem with them. Don't sell an item if you don't have it in stock! Customer service is friendly but completely unhelpful and obviously reading a script for all the calls about the same thing. Avoid the headache!
I still have no resolution on what seems to me to be a rather straight forward & simple matter. I purchased a gift card for my daughter as a Christmas present on 12/14/21. Everything on the website indicated that it would arrive in time. The card finally showed up a month later, after I had to give my daughter an alternative gift. The organization did not deliver what was offered. I have reached out repeatedly and have received no assistance to date.

AWFUL customer service. It has to be the worst I have ever come across. I had an issue with a mail return and tried to contact them. They do NOT answer their email. I have tried for weeks and sent countless emails. I have called their number 3 times. One of them was extremely rude and not one of them knew what to do. They kept referring me to branches of the company. Look up reviews of their customer services. About 90% of the websites (one of which had 761 reviews) gave them 1/5 or 3.8/10. I liked this store; shopped there a lot, but they do not seem to care about their customers once they leave the store. So if you buy something from here you better really like it because it's almost impossible to reach them if you have trouble with it
Forever 21 has the worst customer service ever, they are like robots and repeat the same thing! I never received my package and they take forever for a stupid investigation! Who knows if I will ever receive my items or money back! I can guarantee I will never order or anyone I come in contact will never order from them! Obviously their delivery service is a scam and they are thieves who steal packages! I have a ring doorbell and was home the day it said it was delivered and left on front door! Yeah that never happens!
I purchased this bodysuit. It looks like a good quality in the picture, but don't be fooled, the strap looks like a 6 years olds art and craft. It's low quality, I would not recommend this to anybody, unless you want to be half naked while walking. So I guess I'll just hang this on my wall as a "decor"!
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!

I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me.
