I recently received a Jean jacket that was dirty and appeared to have been used. Receiving a used and dirty jacket from Forever 21 was extremely disappointing.I expected better quality control. This experience has tarnished my trust in the brand's products and customer service.
I had an awful experience with a water delivery service. I waited for three Wednesdays, but my delivery never came. The customer service was unhelpful and gave conflicting information, making matters worse. I'll be looking for a different provider due to this disappointing experience.
I needed to do a return on one of the items because it was small. When I initiated the return customer service was, efficient, polite and competent. All the products great quality and beautiful, I will continue to shop with them and highly recommend.
