I ordered a dress for my daughter and not only did it arrive in quick time but also in brand new condition and to top it all the price was exceptionally reasonable. Great looking dress. I'll continue to buy more from this site.
I had a good experience the first time I ordered from a supplier there. However, the next time I ordered from a supplier there I got ripped off. The so-called supplier hooked me with an excellent price for a product. I bit. The "supplier" then said there was some problems with sending the product via DHL and it would have to be sent from another mail carrier.
For my inconvenience, they advised me to file a dispute with Aliexpress to receive a portion of the money I had been charged. I did. I received the portion, but never received the product. The "supplier" disappeared.
Aliexpress guarantees on several pages of its website that a full refund would be issued if a product isn't received. I contacted them (email@example.com) and was told there is nothing they could do, because the remaining funds had been released to the "supplier" when the dispute for the partial refund was closed.
Apparently, Aliexpress only allow for one dispute per transaction. This caveat is not stated anywhere on their site. Obviously, the fake supplier knew this and used it to their advantage. I wonder how many thousands of others are scammed by this practice. Aliexpress didn't reply to my subsequent messages and I never got my "guaranteed" refund.
I have been robbed by 4 sellers on this website!! they take payment and then do not send gods and do not respond to emails. I have been killing myself trying to get in touch with someone (anyone) at Aliexpress for help and it is virtually impossible! I have been roobed of over $150. the biggest scam artist is Jason Chen at Sunny Magic store on Aliexpress. DO NOT buy from him!! in his web store he sells earrings and lists the as such: 1 piece $0.44, 2 piece / lot = $0.88. I thought this was a great deal...until I made my purchase and he notified me that the order had shipped (he gave me a false tracking number) and then told me that 1 lot= 1 pair of earrings!!! he is charging not for a pair of earrings but for individual earrings but makes it appear as if you are purchasing 2 pair. I had such an awful awful experience with this person that I was actually in tears! through email he was mocking and ridiculing me. I don't know who can help me but I have notified an eccomerce legal firm and I hope they can help because even if I never get my money back putting an end to this grand scale theft and scamming will be worth it!! I have NEVER EVER in my life had such a traumatizing experience as a customer!!! I am petrified to order from anyone else in China!!! because of this man...
Aliexpress always take side of the seller. No matter what. There are many scams sellers on the Aliexpress. They are ready to cheat you of your money by any possible means. I will never do any business through the Aliexpress.
When somone had given a BAD review to a product, th seller blocks it!!! So all you see is something like, not review yet! So, WRONG!

STAY AWAY! After browsing through their website I was so excited to et such cheap stuff! However, after reading the reviews (after attempting to order) I realized what a sham this is. The prices are low which is great but I had to put in my information several times to attempt to make a payment. My payment when then denied and my cart emptied! Then I had to refill my cart and use a different card which worked. I even got an email saying my payment had been verified. Then the next day my order was "closed." I was assured I would not be charged but maybe a hold would be on my card for the amount for 7 days. Upon checking, I HAVE BEEN CHARGED and it is NOT a hold. So basically I just paid for something I didn't and will never receive. I tried to contact them and there is absolutely no customer service unless you count IMing with a computer program trying to resolve your problem. AWFUL. STAY AWAY!
DO not I repeat do not waste any money at the site. I gave them the benefit of the doubt first time.
Great price but cheap Chinese junk on any gun scope or other accessories. No I repeat NO response once they have your money!

- The Aliexpress complaint system is joke. There is NOBODY that you can contact at Aliexpress personally or is reviewing your case as in Ebay. It's between you and the seller!
Try Ebay first and compare the price with a reputable seller with positive reviews on Aliexpress. Take the cheapest of the two. Anything else is your risk.
Serious redirect loop that places orders in the background affecting AliExpress.
I went to order an item on AliExpress. After clicking "Commit to buy" I was asked to login. After logging in I was asked to login again. Then again. And again in an endless loop.
Unbeknown to me and without any confirmation given to me, an order was placed in the background. Thinking the ordering process had failed I tried to order a few more time, not being aware that the orders were actually being placed (once again, no order confirmation).
This is a serious bug and I'm certain I'm not the only one affected. I've asked aliexpress to cancel the orders and its been several days but they have not done so.
Seeing as any negative feedback I may receive for non-payment of these items will be in the public domain, I decided to write this review of aliexpress in the public domain to set the record straight.
The login loop bug is still there as of yesterday as I have attempted to log into other things on the site but was thwarted by this bug. It occurs when you attempt to log into anything (e.g. when you are asked to login again upon accessing the community forum) after having initally logged into your account successfully.
I would advise everyone at this time to not place orders at all on aliexpress, for fear that they may experience the same issue.
They are not a legitmate business. I ordered a product that was never delivered. They provided a bogus Swedish Teracking number that provides false information, i.e. it states the product is at the local mail service at 19:55 on 26 Nov but I was on the site at 0800 on 26 Nov and this before 19:55 Swedish time.
I give the site a one. After using it several times with varying success i have found that one must do the following:
1. Before ordering closely review the reviews form the seller you wish to buy from.
2. E-mail the seller and ask if they actually have the item, that it is not a counterfeit, and how long before shipping after ordering.
3. Save all communications in case of dispute.
4. Use secure payment method - card etc. the card company always gives the holder the benefit of the doubt with proof.
5. Ali express is a holding company and pays the seller once an item is received - don't go right on and say that it was received beforevyou really evaluate the product.
6. If you don't feel the love with the product claim a disputevand why. The seller has a chance to respond - usually don't agree of course, then you must elevate the claim woth all proof and pictures of item, label, packaging etc. Ali express holdings does not condone counterfeits, cheap crap, and or deceptive advertising and they will usually rule in your favor - might wish to add colorful word like counterfeit, illegal and deceptive, etc.
7. You will often end up with counterfeit or poor quality goods but you have to ask yourself if it was worth the excessive wait, frustration, etc.
8. Beware that China is a counterfeiting mill, they often steal from manufacturers so you may get the real macoy cheap - they take a percentage of a product as a "fee" or " tax" if you will - kind of like the mob! Very dishonest to do business here.
These sellers couldn't give a damn about you or the quality of the product, they are just trying to cheat, lie, and conive their way into dollars so theybcan exist in this dictatorship!
I have ordered a dress and it has been 8 days now and nothing from the seller . Every time I try to get a status on my dress all they keep on say is " we will try our best ". I have also asked bingru hau how do I go about getting a refund and still nothing ... The supplier did not even have the common decency to email me to advice me that my dress would be shipped late there is no communication I am so frustrated .. The sad part is that I sent an email asking if I could get the dress by a certain time and there response was yes as soon as I payed it would be shipped ... For all of you people who have written about your experience, products, etc. and who have had bad experiences, always pay via PAYPAL!! It is the safest and the most guaranteed way to pay for your things because if you don't like the products, then all you need to do is to call paypal and file a dispute. Trust me! Do NOT pay Western Union or any other paper way! You have more control by paying via paypal.
Yes, I agree with some of you. I give aliexpress 2 stars because I buy their wigs and 9 times out of 10 they are gorgeous. I have also learned that if you like the shorter styles, remember to not let them mislead you by stating that your wig will look EXACTLY like you see. What they really mean is buy the wig, then go find a hair stylist to cut the wig into the style that you see. Do not let them style the wig because it is better to style your hair (wigs) with it on your head.They play foofoo a lot of times, but because I pay via paypal, I have the upper hand. I find myself frustrated when dealing with the people from that country. I don't know if they are trying to run game, but if I discover that they are, I simply run it back. That's all that there is to it!
I ordered three products from there: a leather bag, a pair of shoes, and an evening dress. Their merchandise is of very low quality. The only item that's okay is the bag, and that's probably because I paid as much for it as I would have paid at home. The shoes and the dress, however, I took one look at them and threw them into the donation bin. The quality of both items was horrible, despite all the 900+ positive reviews, and the size of shoes was wrong. After that, I decided not to buy from this website again. I don't like wasting money on junk.
a horrible website. matter of fact they have a lot of seeler like wedding zahing and so fort, full of lies. I ordered a dress for my roommates wedding. they sent me the wrong color and wrong dress 7 days before the wedding. then they said they would sent me the correct one. i got nothing on the mail. then when i left a bad review the seller contacts me saying he'll refund my money if i change the feedback. So i do, and he stops replying me and the website isn't helping me. hence i lost $200 on dress which has stains and something i'll never get to wear. so try not to order from here. it's really really bad
One month ago I got 2 items with different suppliers.One of them still has time to deliver my order,but I am wondering if he will.The second seller is ONE OF WORLD and I got a simple t-shirt. She should had deliver my order 11 days ago, when I try to talk to her she answers and say that she already shipped my thing, but she is lying and this is not honest at all, because she says that she did deliver,I say she does not and no one can help me.

I ordered an item 2 months ago and when I asked yiwu ye about the shipment, he would send me a tracking number and a link. This has been going on for a while and I started to get frustrated. I told this person that I've been waiting a long time and that there is no update on the shipped item. It shows that my item is still in Hong Kong. What the heck? All this person responded was the tracking number and link?? Don't they know how to communicate?? I just opened a dispute, so we'll see if the corporation will step in and help. They better, because their website has the customer protection stamp on it. If they don't do what their website says, I will sue them. I don't care how much I've spent on the item... the fact that they are avoiding my complaint and not compromising with me, shows that they are dishonest. Again, if I don't get my money back, I will sue them
Its brilliant! Read the descriptions of items and client feedback properly before ordering. Don't expect items like LV, Dior, FS, JC etc to be authentic if you know their providence is of a certain country only eg; True Religion jeans are made in the US and will set you back $350-450. If you are buying them on Ali they probably are fake but will probably be just as good. For the savvy shopper this site is the biz! Ps I just received my $150 VS bathers for $8 today. Stunning! Only difference is no VS labels but hey I have $140 in my pocket so if that's the price of the label and its so important to you then you need to get a real life :-)
I bought my 1st Item from ali and I have received the goods as advertised - Delivery takes some time but what would you expect through normal postal service
The bottom line is that if you deal with Aliexpress, it is a roll of the dice. Far too many of the sellers on Aliexpress are dishonest at best, and use the international distance to 'screw" you over. Of course Aliexpress has all of these "satisfaction" guarantees, but most of the time it's worthless. In my most recent experience, I waited over 3 weeks for my item before I complained. I filed a dispute and of course the seller disareed, even though the information on my order guaranted delivery of my item in 5-15 days. After filing the dispute, I received and email that stated if I hadn't received my item in "60", yes I said "60" days, they would refund my money. I, like everyone, likes to save money, but I've decided where possible, I will pay a little more to buy from Sellers in the USA.
I ordered Christian Louboutin boots and recieved counterfeit goods. They were not genuine leather/suede and the did not match the picture on the wrbsite. Also there was no stamp stating genuine leather/suede. Seller will not refund my money and AliExpress wont return my emails. I have opened up dispute with credit card company to get my money back. Do not buy from this site.
I bought laptop for 50$, and I paid it from my Visa. Next day I got mail from Ali express
informing me that producer of my desktop is not OK, and therefore they did not pay him my 50$, but they will send me my money back!

I purchased this article from Yiling Chen in Oct. 2013. . She advertises it on Aliexpress as “2013 Fashion down coat Winter jacket...winter outerwear...women down jacket.” This jacket is none of those. It has no down-is not even lined, very thin and cheap.
When I contacted Yiling she said it is not down it is batten. Then it should be advertised as that. I would freeze wearing this, even in a cool fall day.
This article is a disappointment to Aliexpress and a total rip off.
I tried to submit this feedback on Yilings site, but it did not show up. I contacted Aliexpress and got no answer. I do not know who is writing the reviews for Yiling, but they are not accurate.
I would strongly suggest that you do not do business with this company. I recently attempted to make a purchase and the item didn't arrive. Their suggested links to follow to submit a dispute didn't work and when they finally did respond the situation did not improve. They offered to give me a refund to a paypal or Western Union account, neither of which I have. I'm still attempting to rectify the situation. I cannot stress enough how unfortunate this experience has been.
Generally you need ALIEXPRESS when something goes WRONG!!!!. If the Supplier is GOOD and the goods are corresponding to the description then you are HAPPY and you do not need any ASSISTANCE of ALIEXPRESS.
But you are expecting HELP and PROTECTION from ALIEXPRESS when your Supplier refuses cooperate with you. Unfortunately that happens more often then it must be if the Suppliers would be under REAL CONTROL of ALIEXRESS but that is not the case.
As I used to do lots of buying at ALIEXPRES.COM so soon or later I‘ve came across of BAD SUPPLIERs and in those situations I must seek promised POTECTION from ALIEXPRESS. BUT NO HELP at all!!! No one at ALIEXPRESS responds my emails with the evidences attached to support my REFUND CLAIMS. In obvious cases I can get the refund by ALIEXPRESS but when you require more attention to your claim and to your evidences your mails are just ignored!!!!
I would gladly change my opinion to positive one PROVIDING that ALIEXPRESS changes its attitude towards dispute situation and responds to buyers’ emails.

Be very careful using sellers on Aliexpress. I have found some sellers I trust but many cannot be trusted and Aliexpress does not offer the level of customer service you should expect. It is even hard to find a way to get Aliexpress a message. I have made many purchases as I source from China but also have lost a lot of money through SOME of the sellers on this site.
Also, to those buyers who complained that they did not get authentic goods???? NOTHING is authentic goods! These are factories making inexpensive or copy items only. Why would Mont Blanc let some little ALIEXPRESS Store in China be a distributor of their items that they spend millions advertising for to achieve an upscale name?
Nothing is wrong with purchasing non name brand affordable modest items but just know that is what you are getting!!! Nothing more!

i was trying to place a order..it said order was complete and then 2 minutes later i got another email stating order has been canceled and they need additional information. i am a big online shopping but when i got this i was shocked. please take hed to what i am about to tell you.LISTEN. this company wanted PHOTOS of my ID, CREDIT CARD and BANK STATEMENTS. out of all the shopping i do i have never heard of this!i had to contact my credit card company and they let me know this is not normal behavior please be aware of what your doing on this site...good luck...by the way i canceled my orders and will NOT be returning to this site ever again
Communicating with the seller was very prompt and efficient, however, getting someone from Aliexpress was impossible. Aliexpress debited my credit card, THEN cancelled the order! They then direct the buyer to a site which asks for, GET THIS: copies of my credit card, PASSPORT, and credit card statement in order to continue with the transaction. ARE THEY KIDDING!!! All in the name of "risk controlling". Firstly, it's a huge identity theft risk for us buyers, as well as being highly illegal to ask for such information. Unfortunately, I dropped ALL business with the seller, explaining I would never, and neither should they, go through a company like this.

I ordered mainly LED bulbs. Both 12V/DC and 220V/AC. Low power bulbs up to 4W were OK for both volatges. Then I ordered 15W LED bulbs. I received 4W instead and I am just now trying to recover my money. I never had to do with liars so cheeky and so tough. Nevertheless they keep addressing me as "Dear friend". It seems that we have to do with a different world.
i am a single mom of one, i go to school part time and work a minimum wage job full time trying to support and bulid a better life for my child. with rent, bills, and etc i hardly ever have extra money to buy my child things that he needs but i found this site and knew it was just to good to be true. i ordered from this site three times the first two orders which were jeans for my child came with no problem but my third order which were a pair of boots also for my child which he needed very much (his current light up cars boots from last year are literally falling apart), came from Cherry Ye and they sent the wrong size. i message them about the problem and they first rudely started off trying to tell me that i didnt read the size chart right. i made it clear that this was not my frist time ordering from china and that i was very much aware of the differences in sizes, not to mention the site gives you american sizes instead of asian sizes, so it couldnt be any more clear. once i sent the sender pictures to prove that they had made a mistake they told me i could return them and they would send they right size boots but i would need to cover the shipping and they wanted a tracking number. now from america to china shipping with tracking is $51.34 american money, which is more then what i paid for the shoes ($32.00). i told the seller that i could not afford this and plus that and that it made no sense for me to pay so much. i might have well just bought another pair of boots. the seller refuse to pay the shipping and instead offered me only 30% of my money back for the shoes. i felt like they were trying to black mail me because they kept trying to make me leave positive feedback for them which i refuse unless i recived my money. they would say things in thier messages like "you leave good feedbaack then we will refund you money". i confronted them about this and they said that that wasnt the case (yea right). i still havent recived my money back yet and i will leave feedback but it will NOT be good. thank you seller for not only $#*!ing me but my child as well, with chirsmas coming up he wont have the snow boots that he really needed. ill give them to good will, at least someones child will be able to use them. i have to wait another month before i can buy my son another pair of boots
This website is sweet. You can get cheap NFL, NBA, NHL, Soccer jerseys for cheap. The site is based in China and takes a while to arrive. You need to be AWARE. This is a hit or miss if you are not careful. Read the feedback on the item, and seller before adding to cart. Do not buy from no feedback sellers. Make sure the sellers have at LEAST a 94.99% rating. If that. These are ways to tell if it is most likely legit, or a scam
I requested a bunch of stuff from the site and the service from the stores were amazing.... yes it takes a while to receive the items but come on!!!! you have to inform yourself, on every page you can see the company name, the delivery period, the reviews, the amount of buyers, everything and if you want something contact them first to make sure they are a legit business. I WILL KEEP BUYING STUFF... JUST BE SMART AND USE YOUR BRAIN!!!!
At first I was surprised with their low priced products and flexibility to deliver worldwide. But be warned this online store is TIME WASTER!!! In my case I ordered 3 different products after waiting for more than a 30 DAYS my ordered was just cancelled without any reason though the products was already paid. I just wasted my time and just charged with SERVICE CHARGED for no delivered products.

This website is garbage. I was so excited, seeing all the stuff I can get for cheaper than eBay prices. Howeve, when I ordered from "trusted" sellers, I was completely disappointed. The measurements they provide are off, and opening a dispute is bsically a joke. They just have the dispute button there to make you feel like you are protected as a buyer, when really, it's just a false sense of security. I opened adispute and 2 weeks later, still no response from anyone. Absolute junk! I would stick to ebay or Amazon.
I ordered from Mr.Jack. He is a JERK. i ordered 5 or 6 adidas dog shirts in size XL. I also ordered one XXL. the 5 OR 6 XL'S do look like size small and won't fit any of my dog's bodies. Mr. Jack refuses to give me a refund and wants me to spend money shipping their HUGE mistake back to China! These people are retarded, as I have pictures of the XXl vs their XL. in the United States their Xl shirt for a dog would fit an 5 to 10 lb dog! these people are ignorant and do not appreciate keeping a customer. I now have to dispute with pay pal, I refuse to have to pay for this. I officially will never order from ali express again.

I received my order with two broken items. I ask the seller for the refund because of his lack packing poor condition. He offer me a partial refund which I don't want it. Open a claim but nothing more I lost my money. PLEASE!!! Never buy anything from this site. This is a scam.
There are problems with refund. I had 3 orders for which seller didn't sent product at all. After 100 days no refund at all. Support is lying that it is sent but my bank don't have any details. After few emails aliexpress start to ignore my emails. Also on all orders there is guaranteed money back after x days. In few orders that day passed and they refused to refund. A lot more for compliant and it ts really bad experience.
I had a good experience with AliExpress, but in order to have a good experience you need to do some research on who you are buying from! Look at the feedback, how many reviews they have and their ratings, also look at their return policy! When you order, make sure to write notes if they need to know any info.
I ordered accessories from here and received all of them within two weeks to California. For now, I only order with ePacket shipping (which usually is a few bucks extra) because it gives me a tracking number and sends me an email when my package has been delivered.
Anyways, my items were received in a timely manner and the items were in good condition, except I got the wrong size of an item and the seller quickly refunded my money.
Package arrived after 2 months, containing junk instead of what I had ordered. No possibility for refund either, since the dealer supplied tracking. Will never buy from this or any other alibaba.com-related company.
Bought a GPS, after 65 days still hadn't received, tried to open dispute, but Aliexpress said we had reached an agreement. No way you can contact Aliexpress and opening a dispute is totally useless. Most of the sellers are complete frauds and Aliexpress is there to work with your money for 60 days or more, that is, in case you ever get it back. Never buy anithinG in Aliexpress. FRAUD, FRAUD.

I buy a chinese tablet pc from store name shenzhen Ele co.ltd but haven't recieved refund. I lost money 172 us. dollars . This site is no real buyer protection .It's only protect chinese seller. not recommend to buy anything from this site because it's a chinese web site. FRAUD !!!!!! Hit and RUN.!
I have ordered multiple items, from a Samsung s3 to a GPS to jewelry. Everything has worked great. I did have issues with my phone but the seller was awesome and helped me immediately and it was fixed in a few days. If you want quick shipping don't bother, it doesn't really exist unless you pay dearly. I suggest you check feedback and ask questions first before you buy.
