My order hasn't moved since the first week of October. After 10+ attempts to open a dispute, AliExpress kept rejecting everything and told me to call a fake logistics company with no contact info and a non-working phone number. This is fraudulent and unacceptable.
This is one of the worst purchases I have ever made on AliExpress. The item I received looks nothing like the product description. The quality is extremely poor, the details are inaccurate, and the ring is completely misrepresented.
What makes this even worse is that the moissanite stone has no GRA number engraved on it at all. Any genuine moissanite gemstone must have a GRA certification number laser-inscribed on the stone and visible under magnification. This ring has no engraving whatsoever, which strongly suggests the stone is not authentic or that the seller is intentionally misleading customers.
I contacted customer service, and even they fully confirmed what I stated. Their response was:
"Yes, you generally should see a GRA number (or certificate number) inscribed on the stone itself, usually visible under magnification."
Despite this clear evidence, the seller kept giving excuses instead of taking responsibility. Shipping was slow, communication was terrible, and the seller's behavior was completely unprofessional.
This seller is not trustworthy, the product is misleading, and the overall experience is awful.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid this seller. Total waste of time, money, and patience.

AliExpress has an abysmal customer service when it comes to customers not receiving their items.
It all started when I purchased an item on November 14. The item was shipped and "delivered" by Yodel on November 21, except the courier did not deliver it to my door but rather to an unknown location. I gathered photos of my door, a photo of my outdoor CCTV camera, a photo provided by Yodel showing where the parcel was delivered, and even screenshots of the timeline recordings on my CCTV, which clearly showed no one turning up at my door around the time the parcel was declared "delivered".
I presented all of this to AliExpress and, despite the evidence blatantly showing no such delivery was made to my door, they rejected my claim for a full refund, due to "lack of sufficient evidence."
I cannot possibly fathom how photos showing my outdoor CCTV, a photo of the parcel in an unknown location, a photo of my door and a screenshot of the CCTV timeline showing no delivery is regarded as "lack of sufficient evidence."
I made an appeal and presented them with a photo of a live chat conversation I had with Yodel's customer service, confirming that I indeed raised an issue with them since November 21. They weren't much help either. All Yodel have been doing was delaying their response, which I should've received on November 22, according to them.
As it turns out, it still wasn't good enough. I could not believe it. Hard solid evidence that I didn't receive my item at all and they rejected my claim all the same.
There must be some kind of a language barrier, coupled with the bureaucratic belief that any tracking stating a parcel "delivered" means the customer has physically received that parcel, regardless of where it was actually delivered.
Yodel is a disgrace of a delivery company, but AliExpress has flat-out turned down my refund request despite the stacked evidence proving I didn't receive my parcel, and it's not as if this issue is unprecedented with them. They actually have an option of what to do if a customer is faced with an issue of not receiving their parcel, even though the tracking showed it was "delivered". I can only imagine this has happened a lot with many other customers, and I feel sorry for anyone who has faced injustice at the hands of AliExpress.
I have launched a dispute with my bank and hopefully I will get my money back sooner than anticipated. This was literally my first order I have ever placed with AliExpress and I assure you, the very last.

AliExpress refused to refund for parcels that were delivered to the wrong adress!
It had consolidated parcels, so total 6 orders where delivered together and of course lost at the same time, this was costly! I contacted AliExpress and showed evidence of delivery company proof of delivery versus my apartment and it is clearly two different buildings, PLUS the package were left outside the building, literally on the side of the road! AliExpress refused to refund as the evidence they need is a stamped response from the delivery company (YODEL), where YODEL is completely ghosting my complaining emails! So I am been pushed around by two big corporates, this come to show that there is no such customer protection when purchasing from Aliexpress! And why can't AliExpress themselves contact the delivery company, if I had to take the responsibility for wrong action of the delivery company, then surely I should have the option to choose the delivery company!

I am writing this to warn all shoppers about the fraudulent "Samfoto Store" on AliExpress and the platform's failure to protect buyers.
Here is the clear sequence of this scam:
The Bait: I purchased an item explicitly advertised with "Free Delivery."
The Switch: After full payment, the seller refused to ship the item, demanding an extra, unauthorised "delivery fee."
The Deception: When I opened a dispute, the seller created a fake tracking number (CNG*******7413) that stalled for weeks on "Awaiting seller dispatch," proving the item was never sent.
The Admission & Cover-Up: The seller privately begged me to cancel the dispute, admitting they hadn't shipped the item. When I refused, they tried to RECALL (DELETE) the message to destroy the evidence.
AliExpress's dispute system was useless in stopping this criminal behaviour. The seller's tactics were obvious, yet the platform failed to take decisive action.
My only recourse was to bypass AliExpress completely and file formal chargebacks with my bank and PayPal to reclaim my money.
Final Warning: "Samfoto Store" (ID: *******208) is a confirmed scammer. More alarmingly, AliExpress is a complicit platform that allows these scams to flourish. Do not trust them with your money.

This online retailer does not selling good or basically acceptable products per my over 2 year experiences: 1) the products shipped from them typically come up with very low quality - especially for the electronic and most of complicated items - I have got more than 3 electronic items/boxes that worked for 1-5 months, and had issues very soon, and you have no way to do anything like return/ask warranty/put reviews after 1 month... so, you get frustrated when you have critical issues very soon and you waste your money for sure. 2) The normal Return becomes uncertain and slow unless you show them something like you received a broken item, which is not the only reason for a return. However, unlike most major online retailers here in States, return is not "simple" with this retailer you have to wait for their decision with next 2 days. 3) They don't respond to any inquiries about complaints from US BBB (Better Business Bureau), which means they don't care about any consumer's concerns unless they are from Government Authorities. So basically, they are not a good and reliable retailer business for sure.

Serious Warning: Avoid Kepworth Battery Store at all costs!

Aliexpress is lying, no refund has been processed, they made a mistake and generated a ghost ARN, I have sent many proofs of no refund. They refuse to refund me. Don't use Aliexpress if you want to loose money!

AliExpress, were you able to provide my bank's official certificate to your financial department? You should have processed my request if I provided this document, signed with the bank seal. As stipulated in it, my bank cannot find the ARN 02692425245000644179403 and the associated refund. Dated October 10,2025, 38 days after the incorrectly executed refund (on September 2,2025), the ARN does not exist! My September statement, also sent, confirms the absence of a refund. I provided all the supporting documents, and your customer service refuses to take them into account (have you looked at them yourself?). Your transaction was undeniably poorly executed, and I will tirelessly continue to claim what is owed to me by any means necessary until you have resolved my case. I will not let you steal my money! Please reissue the refund as soon as possible now.
Seller 'shengyou international store' sent me a faulty item and refused to issue a refund for it. Aliexpress then stepped in and said they would issue a refund if I paid to return it myself, however once I sent it back the seller 'Betty Wang' of 'Shengyou international store' - told them it was a different item and I was refused a refund. 100 pounds gone.

15 year customer lost. AliExpress is allowing fraud. I've never had such a horrible experience with customer no service. Apparently they don't read emails anymore and just respond with generic responses that are non-sensible and do not relate to the situation. AliExpress recently is allowing fraudulent scam, sellers on their site and doing nothing about removing their fraudulent products. I tried to purchase a $500 battery. After three weeks The seller had still not provided any current tracking information. After more than a month of no tracking information and no response from Ali express I was forced to dispute with my bank. Once disputed, AliExpress froze my entire account along with all current shipments not just the order that was disputed. Finally after a month and a half I received a refund from my bank but still no responses from Ali express. I've bought thousands of dollars of products from AliExpress over the years and never had an experience like this. Very unfortunate if AliExpress could regulate their sellers better, it would make for a much better buying experience. The problem is the seller sold legitimate items for the first two months. I was scammed by the store Shop*******602 Store on AliExpress.
I purchased a smartphone (2025 NEW Xiaomi 15 Ultra 7.3" 32GB 2TB) in April 2025. The item received was completely different from what was advertised. AliExpress instructed me to return the item, which I did on August 26,2025, via Canada Post (tracking number CC*******CA) and paid C$60.31 for shipping.
The package has been stuck in Shenzhen customs, China for over a month, and I never received a refund. AliExpress closed my dispute without resolving the issue.
Now I have lost both my money (C$110.52 + C$60.31 shipping) and the product. This is unacceptable. AliExpress must take responsibility for fraudulent sellers and protect honest customers.

I ordered a set of car ramps from Best Link Sore onAli Express - 9 Sep 25. The shipping was changed to a teh airport awaiting a flight on 11 Sept 25. It remained so unitl 30th Sept 25 when I complained to Ali Express. So they did nothing more than chage the status to LEAVING to airport. What does that even mean?... Just a lie to cover up the fact it's sitting in the freight shed because they sent it subload. I complained to Ali numerous time since - they couldn't lie straight in bed! Inconsistent info, deflections and excuses but ZERO action. We'll gentle push the shipper they said - the shipper just stuck 2 fingers up to them.
Ali was once good but TEMU is kicking their butts. A parcel of teh same value ordered on TEMU 21 sept arrive on the 30th Sep. Ali have cut costs and there is now ZERO service and a ZERO refund policy, they rather die than refund!
Avoid ALI EXPRESS at all costs - your mental health isn't worth risking!

Seller: Richard International Trade Store I placed my order on September 14th and even used a €4 promo code. The delivery date was clearly stated as September 19–21. However, by the 19th there was still no tracking code. I contacted AliExpress support multiple times, but all I got was the same useless answer: "Please be patient." On the 20th, the seller finally provided a DHL tracking number, but the status was only "Sendung elektronisch angekündigt" — which means DHL only received the electronic info, but the package was not actually handed over. Only on the 21st was the package really given to DHL. At first, the delivery was supposed to be on the 25th, but then the seller suddenly postponed it to October 1st, 2025. Honestly, I'm not even sure if the package I received is really from this seller or just a trick to cover the delay. The seller did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue, except telling me to "be patient" again and again. I bought this product for fast delivery, but it was nothing but a frustrating and stressful experience. This was the last time I'll ever use AliExpress, and I definitely do NOT recommend it to anyone. The platform does nothing to hold irresponsible sellers accountable.

Having an absolute nightmare with AliExpress who refuse to accept that I have not received delivery, despite sending them screenshots of Evri's tracking and an email from Evri stating "Thank you for bearing with me whilst I had the depot conduct a search over the last 2 days. Unfortunately they have not been able to locate your parcel and as it has been 5 days I must advise you that it is potentially lost in our network." and "We will also liaise with them directly regarding this undelivered item. Once again I'm sorry for this delay and that we have not been able to locate your parcel." AliExpress's reply, "Sorry for keeping you waiting so long. Since the package has been wait for you to pick up and the document you provided can't support your claim. The evidence should be the official documents and be stamped and including information such as: tracking number, address, condition of the package, signature, etc. We are sorry to inform that your appeal request was rejected." Absolute joke! Have wasted hours, and hours, trying to get this resolved!
