Dear until recently ago, 2015 I liked the Aliexpress. But after several sellers refused to refund applications lost in transport and to the Aliexpress itself gave reason. They asked to withdraw the dispute in order to be refunded and never meet me and even kept their promise. Do early mde 2016 here only disappointments and losses. I am out and close my account there, despite knowing that there are great sellers there. Which incidentally to be good and huge experience are also on Ebay and Ioffer therefore not lost sight of them. All I missed were the last 5 purchases of Aliexpress. So honestly I do not recommend this site!

Just say no to AliExpress. 99% of the items there are fraudulent, low quality and, possibly toxic. Do recall, these are sweatshop manufacturers working out of a country where some manufacturers thought it was just fine and dandy to stretch baby formula and pet additives with poisonous melamine. You'll help your local economy by do as much business as possible in your own area.

I wouldn't order anything from that site ever. You will have to fight to get your money back if anything goes wrong. There are better places to go. Always make sure they have a phone number and address where you can contact the main office.

If you want to lose your money... do business with Alibaba and his bunch of Chinese robbers!

I am with the vast majority of people on here DON'T USE ALIEXPRESS I have being using them for about 7 years 6 years with No Problems around 140 purchases some of the $5,000 plus The last year has been a nightmare, AliExpress Change the leaving Feedback Rules... Now if you don't receive your product you cannot leave feedback... THIS WILL BE THE DEATH NAIL FOR ALIEXPRESS... More and More dissatisfied customers and what they dont understand is I dont tell one or two people I advise as many people as I can... At the Moment AliExpress are Ok because they have only alienated half the population, I think they are currently working through the Russian population...

I personally do not recommend it. The site does not stand behind their suppliers, and the suppliers are not reputable. Quality is not a concern. However, if you can get the product on a c. O. d. Condition wherein you can see the product before buying, it may work. But, from my experience... I would avoid them altogether. There are many other suppliers who can offer you the merchandise you are seeking that actually care about the quality of their product. Hope this helps!

There are people who place an order, receive their goods and are happy. If your goods don't arrive, for whatever reason, tough!

Actually I have had a lot of luck purchasing crystals there. You need to be careful and be sure to document everything. Check the store to make sure it's been there a while. Also check feedback and reviews. The feedback system is actually fairly honest and people will tell it like it is. If you follow these rules there are great deals to be found on crystals. I have found some incredible ones for great prices.

This is one of the few items I would actually recommend AliExpress for if you cannot access Alibaba.

I had terrible experience. The item never received. The dispute system does Not work and there is no buyer protection. I did not use PayPal as it has some protection. Please consider all this prior to buying anything

I have ordered hundreds of items from the site. I have never had a problem with anything. A few times the items were not available, but I was always given my refund. With no problem. I have ordered choose, cell phone cases, earbuds, bathing suits, blue Bluetooth speakers, headphones, etc. I have always been happy with my product

I wouldn't. You really aren't guaranteed if you will receive your product. In my opinion you have a 50% chance of getting it. I ordered about 20 I teams throughout 2 weeks when I discovered the site and got half my items. Your decision... I don't recommend it

Please! Dont try. If problem will arise, u will never refund or ask for any compensation. Aliexpress is also useless in dealing with their seller.

Dear Karen, me personally I would rather buy from eBay or amazon. I just feel safer with them should a refund or other issue need resolving. This is just my opinion though. I know others have had issues with refunds and aftercare so this in itself puts me off.

Just stay away from them. I'm sure you can find some crystals on ebay. They may be $1 more but at least if you pay by PayPal you are 100% covered. I would not risk it again. When I ordered running shoes on aliexpress, the sole shrank from 1" to 1cm... Paid $18, but after 3weeks of daily running the sole just "got squished". They looked really good in the pictures (as everything on that website), but the quality wasn't there. I will not do that mistake again. I'd rather spend $10 more and buy shoes that last. I know it's tempting - the beautiful pictures, the prices... But its really not worth it.

Don't worry! If you read the Aliexpress rules carefully, you won't risk much. Every seller has a rating. So, take one with the highest rating.

I've never had an issue with the quality arrival of goods or any returns that I've made. This is a massive site yes, with multiple sellers however it's been so succsesful if all the bad rants were true I doubt if the site would still be running. Love the prices. Bought some shoes once for $12 US I've been asked hundreds of times where I got them and how much. They look like designer shoes

I wont order anything worth more than $5 from this site, that is all I am willing to risk. Impossible to get any satisfaction if faulty or dont arrive.

I think you are better off buying from a reputable company, check this company on Better Business Bureau. You do run the risk of not getting the item you paid for and if you do get the item and there is something wrong with it you may be out of luck
