I am the owner of a small business and I always use Aliexpress for my company needs. From custom envelopes to packaging I can always find a good bargain there. I needed some customized patches and through great reviews I found an embroidery shop called A-One Embroidery and placed an order with them in late December. Shipping takes quit sometime so after a month of not receiving the product I became concerned. I start to message the buyer asking shipping details because tracking was not showing movement. The supplier assured me that everything was okay and that I would receive the order. The order NEVER came and the buyer stopped responding to my messages. Being that Chinese New Year had rolled around I thought I'd cut the supplier some slack and wait a little longer. Soon after I opened a dispute with Aliexpress against the seller. Aliexpress buyer protection is a bunch of bull crap. They will do NOTHING to help you. They ask for you to provide evidence of your claim. How can you provide evidence of a parcel that has NEVER been received. Due to no evidence as stated by Aliexpress, my claim was denied and the seller was given my money! I feel violated and there is nothing I can do! It's even too late to dispute the charge with my own bank. I just want buyers to be aware of the shaddy business practices and horrible customer service ethics of Aliexpress. Please do not buy from A-ONE Embroidery. They're a shaddy and dishonest company! How can your customer not be your number #1 priority! I guess we American's only treat our customers how they're suppose to be treated. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM A-ONE EMBROIDERY STORE#*******. I'm still searching for someone in the hierarchy to write a formal complaint.
