Arbitration, they are not on your side. They only go with what the seller says. Have bought and expensive robot lawn mower from Store name: Louis Tool Mall, Denna L600. Absolute crap. No progress on the Arbitration. Ali Express ignores everything that is presented too them, and just keep extending the dead line. Have present videos as requested but seem to upload them and even thought they let us know and we will help, they couldn't be bothered to help.
