I placed my order Nov 29th, uploaded on Nov 30th and it is still "in production" on Dec 9th. The phone lines are busy and they haven't answered my emails.

Either your order was very complicated or they ran into a production problem. I just finished three books and they arrived in probably 10 days. Production only took maybe three and the rest was shipping time. The product ships from Malaysia I believe and they use DHL which in turn transfers it to the Postal Service. Overall the quality was much better than I anticipated. About a month ago I emailed them with a question and they responded in 24 hours so the response time is pretty quick and I'd suggest that you contact them. I hope this was helpful. Good luck.
