I would like my money back! the software does not open on my MacBook Air. I have contacted the Apple Genius chat and they have walked me through all steps. the software still did not open and it must be an issue with the software. my emails to Photobook take days to answer and have not been helpful! How do I get a refund?

I just use the online version. Also there is a help number online.
