How long does it take for products to actually come? its been almost two weeks since i placed my order and it still in "production"

Answer:

I placed my order Nov 29th, uploaded on Nov 30th and it is still "in production" on Dec 9th. The phone lines are busy and they haven't answered my emails.

I would like my money back! the software does not open on my macbook air. i have contacted the apple genius chat and they have walked me through all steps. the software still did not open and it must be an issue with the software. my emails to photobook take days to answer and have not been helpful! how do i get a refund?

Answer:

I just use the online version. Also there is a help number online.

I having trouble in using layouts in album. after creating 16 pages. all of sudden i am unable to adjust the size of layouts and unable to do anything. now my album is screwed up and i have wasted almost 4 hours to complete these pages so far. all i may have to redo again. i purchased photobook option from groupen which was mentioned as promotional value should used and ordered on same day wanted to know whether i still have the promotion value for photo book and need help in fixing issue i have in photo book.my account login velmurugan.mail@gmail.com.
