I have many expired vouchers. The purchase price doesn't expire in CA but Photobook won't return or give credit for the purchase amount. Anyone else?

While creating a photo book & uploading pics, it keeps locking up. How can I unlock & prevent it from happening again?

I having trouble in using layouts in album. After creating 16 pages. All of sudden I am unable to adjust the size of layouts and unable to do anything.
